      Even though this channel has options, there have been major glitches that have yet to be addressed or fixed. **************** and feedback is an absolute atrocity. Multiple other channels offer the same media. Netflix is absolutely lazy.

      Netflix has stopped allowing my son to log in to our account which we share at our 2 residences. I have been a customer since ******************** infancy and have never called them for anything nor complained about them raising fees. After all this time I call in about this issue, and netflix has the worst customer service I could have imagined. I waited 30 minutes for a supervisor as my issue was not being resolved , just to have the supervisor tell me I would have to pay extra money per month just to allow the 1 tv at our separate location to log-in to netflix- after several years of this 1 tv having logged in with no issue. There is no security breach on my account, and they confirmed there has been no "suspicious activity" on my account and that I have been a long time customer who has always paid my bills. Yet they are unwilling to make sure this 1 device can remain under my sons profile. Absolutely terrible experience. I cancelled my account immediately. I cannot give money to a company that expects me to take every bit of their weight and never give me reasonable options to bare it.

      Netflix brought on their "households" change, and now I can only watch Netflix on my TV and Android devices. I can't watch it on my PC on the same network. Contacting help, they walk me through technical troubleshooting steps (I know how to manage these and my PC and browser are supported and up to date). I'm a Premium member, paying the full $20 a month for their subscription, with access to up to 4 devices, and I'm at 4 devices. My primary device (PC) doesn't work with their service now after their on-site change, and they're pretending that it's my settings causing the problem. They shouldn't blame customers for their product that keeps signing out the customer on every refresh or new window change; it's obviously something going on with their "households" code. I've been a subscriber since 2011 and have thought about canceling in the past over similar issues, and now I'll be forced to either downgrade or flat out cancel for their overpriced service that doesn't work.

      netflix.com are scammers. they don't deserve any stars. i have been paying for 4 tv for couple years and i dont see the problem that 2 of the tvs aren't in my house and i have been paying the subscription for tvs for couple years and it shouldn't matter longs as I'm paying for the subscription it shouldn't matter the location of 2 of the 4 tvs I'm paying for them not Netflix

      Their website says, "cancel online at any time if you decide Netflix isnt for you. There are no contracts, no cancellation fees, and no commitments." Yet you have to pay for the entire month even if you cancel after 7 days. That would be called a month to month contract as well as a commitment. Just one of many examples of contradictions and lies by Netflix. Not worth the money!!!

      Netflix stopped allowing to share Netflix between households. Now my mother can't watch Netflix. So I tried to add her as an user during an extensive phone call with Netflix they said I can't do that and want me to pay 20$ instead of the 8 dollars for the additional profile. Got over that hurdle and I followed the supervisor's instructions to make a new account for my mom and then I can transfer her profile. Well guess what she told me wrong lol so on the phone with Netflix again for 30 minutes they tell me they can't do anything about it and I have to cancel the account to make a new one again lol so yeah here we go in circles with no assistance from the Netflix people. Doing more work just to pay them more money. I've had been a happy customer for more than 10 years but now that they got us they can do anything they want lol I think it's time to end it and go alternate ways.

      They added households and made it so I have to spend 20 minutes attempting to verify my account every time I want to watch a show. They are going to get more people to cancel their accounts instead of more people to subscribe because they can't figure out only 1 person uses an account

      Netflixs new policies about not sharing passwords is discriminatory against those who travel often, such as for work or medical appointments. You can request a temporary passcode to watch on your account while traveling ONCE before they deny further passcode requests. When I tried to resolve this with customer service they suggested I buy another member slot so I can use my account while traveling. Absolutely ridiculous that they expect travelers to pay extra for a service already charged for.

      Netflix's new anti-hacking initiative is a mess and is driving away longtime loyal customers like me. I didn't know I needed to pay an extra $ **** so that a family member who lives elsewhere can access my account. So I paid the extra money but the process of trying to get her "profile transferred" does not work and is completely dysfunctional. Three calls to customer service failed to correct anything. And I basically could not understand two out of the three customer service people because they are probably using a call center in another country. ****** **

      Crashes all the time, worst streaming service out now. Dont even credit you for bad services, just try to tell you how to fix it. Poor customer service. Cant even file an complaint
