The scummiest company in the world right now. No longer a part of the Household? I was f****** born into the household you absolute imbeciles. Moronic company. If I could give -10 stars I f****** would. I hope your company crashes and ***** from this new policy. My mother pays for multiple sub accounts, now she has to dish out even more money? You should have grandfathered in customers who have been with you since before this policy. I am away at college and now I cant access my familys plan. This is f****** price gouging, and all because of absolute greed. You are not worth the money.

In March 2023 my account was deemed to be compromised and customer service recommended that I get a new account, which I did. ******************** has continued to charge my account every month for both the new account and the compromised account, regardless of the fact that I have called and cancelled the compromised account repeatedly. It is **** now, and today, after being placed on hold for almost 2 hours, a supervisor finally cancelled the account (I would not hang up until I received the email confirmation) and gave me this month's refund for the compromised account. He informed me that it did not matter that it was Netflix fault that the account stayed open even after I called, and they would not refund any prior month's charges. This is corrupt and they should be fined for corrupt business practices.

After more than 8yrs subscribing to Netflix paying the higher price that was offered for my family to use services in there home. Netflix decided to stop services claiming everyone pay for services individually. This is unfair practices to ** as a consumer for many years of service. Had I been new customer I would understand. This was for my grandchildren to enjoy programming our family as a whole. I canceled my subscription solely for unfair prices. I request my services and families line be restored at the price I was paying all these years or refund me this last years services. Money is limited for some families and disabled people. I believe Netflix new policy change is unfair to longtime customers. I plan on filing with attorney ************** as well

Ive been with Netflix for a few years and I have a premium membership. Theyve recently updated their policy that says a house hold is determined by IP address but i have two home so i subscribed for the premium service for up to 6 devices. This feels like its a bate and switch and theyre false advertising. I think its unfair to enforce this new rule and charge extra for something for a service that i was already paying for. Netflix is a liar and a thief

I changed my card so that it wouldn't be charged because I knew I had more important bills due. Somehow my card was still charged the next month so I contacted support. After an hour or so telling them my problem and trying to get answers, I was transfered to three people. The guy just cancelled my membership without permission and confirmation. So instead of just not having my bill money. Now I didn't have bill money or the subscription as I had to wait to receive the refund he was never authorized to give. Then I called asked to speak to managers and everything and they just kept saying the same scripts over and over as if they were all AI. Nothing was done and I was out of my bill money and the subscription. I left the service and just signed up for Hulu and ****** bundle. Because 21 dollars for terrible customer service even though I've been with the company since they had DVDs is ridiculous.

Netflix rep called it a new feature but its actually a new restriction where Netflix will only recognize the primary account holders network to use Netflix while everyone else in my family (who lives in a different household or roof) is now forced to get their own account-that is if they want Netflix. Ive had Netflix for more than 10 yrs and been paying rates from $4.99 to now almost $20. Apparently Netflix opted not to increase their rates but instead went to boost their profits by forcing consumers to multiple new subscriptions. Who in ****** government allowed Netflix to do this self-serving tactic? Its all electronic services for goodness sake! Consumers are paying our own internet to access these electronics services of which consumers already held hostage to pay your increasing rates all these years and now this? Ive been sharing my account with my family whom has grown so we dont live together anymore in one household. BBBthis restriction only serves Netflix as consumers are already paying their high rates. Netflix-if you will continue to do this at least provide options to consumers like the ability to share with other households with the ability to choose what they want to see. Im not interested in watching ****** movies/shows so why am I paying for it! Netflix, you are reinventing what cable companys did beforerestrictive viewing (one household) at high cost. This is the beginning of it. Will now start to assess the value of keeping my Netflix account. Its sad as Ive had this account for many, many years.

A Netflix subscriber since 2010... Now they favor thieves of their service by penalizing excellent customers that have never shared any items outside of our household. We have 2 grandparents, 3 adults, 2 teens, and 2 kids in our home. It should be obvious to any normal person that we would have many devices protected by different networks and VPNs.Now, Netflix decides to hassle us and limit our usage because they see us use two devices on two different networks... DUH! They have never even heard of security! They said we have to all be on one local network or it is considered illegal sharing! FOOLS! It is the thieves that get smart and all use the same VPN network... I suggest they hire some technical people and show a code at the start of each show, that the master account customer phone must text to their central computer to allow the show to play. Time to go elsewhere as they once again attempt to kill their own company with poor decisions! Now, they only offer 1, 2, or 4 simultaneous shows on the same network per account... Their answer was to buy more account subscriptions 1, 2, or 4 each! CANCEL NETFLIX and watch their stock go into the toilet! Move on...

Tried to retry payment something happened and when it refreshed it took me to a weird page. When Inwent back into my account to retry the retry payment option it wasnt there anymore and it only had the option of restarting my subscription and choosing a new plan (5.99$ for basic with ads or basic with no ads for 17$) when I had a basic plan for 10$ with no ads and downloads. Spent a half hour talking to some *********************** who talked in circles the whole time and finally transferred me to a supervisor after the third time of me asking to talk to someone else and talking in circles and not understanding what I was saying. Rema the supervisor basically did the same thing and had zero clue and quit the chat without any apology for the crappy service or experience. She said there was nothing she could do. So I called in and got a lady who was at least apologetic and had some authority to offer some kind of resolution. But not anything reasonable. They are scamming me into paying more for the same service. They are trying to blame me for cancelling the service when I was trying to pay for it. I am a single mother with an autistic child and this took more than an hour out of my evening to figure out with zero resolution. And my kid is freaking out.

They purchased rights from the mobile game Transformers Forged To Fight. The game used to be free before its closing last winter. Netflix picked up the game and now charge $15.99 to play the game, not through your App Store but through Netflix sign in (with no official warning of payment). Theres no in game support and Netflix support does not have the know how or have they ability to assist customers of the game. All of your concerns get redirected to a Netflix chat where they pull away fro the games responsibilities. Theres no support so if you experienced cheaters or hackers, Nothing Netflix will do about it besides automatically charge you next cycle.
