      Netflix has started a new game Transformers: Forged To Fight on their platform. The game is actually old, but was taken down after a while. The game in the beginning was free. Since Netflix picked it up, we are charged $15.99 for a subscription fee every month. Fine, no problem. The problem is there is no support for this platform. I know people personally that has spent in game resources, only not to receive their rewards. My complaint is how can a business take money from consumers, and not provide any support. It's sort of like buying a brand new computer including the warranty, only for it to break down and there is no customer support. You feel cheated and robbed. It is frustrating to know that I cannot speak to someone when I have made a purchase and supported your company.......

      Netflix is enforcing a policy change to all active subscription within ***************** and has not disclosed these changes to the account owners prior to them being inserted. Additionally, Netflix customer support failed to provide any notification or documentation about these changes upon request from the account owner, myself. Refusing to answer any questions about the policy change, regardless of its enforcement.

      Netflix wants my pw, don't have...they'll send me a way to retrieve it, they don't. Call them ok enter the card that we charge acct. at. Don't recognize that #. Frustrated... Ok we need to enter the Credit Card # we just didn't recognize. So no netflix movie can't cancel. Go to credit card website guess what's on the list of charges on credit card for this month....Netflix payment

      I try to call customer service I spent an hour on the phone with *************** they would not help me all they kept doing was repeating themselves. I hung up, called back spent 45 minutes on the phone with Per. Same thing could not help me told me the same information. The problem is is I was being charged for an account that I was not using and Theyre not showing me where theyre saying I was streaming on the account theyre saying I was doing it but theyre not lowering me to go in and see anything if I sign it online I had to restart my membership and once I did that I got in there I still couldnt find the information that I needed all it has his invoices that has the date it has no streaming information Terrible customer service I requested to have managers call me from ***************** and was refused saying that they are not allowed to do that. Then I got another customer service person and they sent me a link to fill out for fraud. They said thats the only way I can get the information sent to me with the details of when it was signed into that I would need to fill out this Friday paperwork and its the front paperwork is requiring a a ************* government official to sign their information in there and I told the girl that Im not I dont work for the government and she said well thats the only way you can get the information as you have to put that information in there..

      This company is a money grubbing scam artist. Once upon a time they had good shows. Now they cancel all the good ones whether they have a good fan following or not. They always come up with some bullcrap excuse for it too. I've been with them since they were brand new in ******, quite a few years now. After the bullcrap they pulled recently with account sharing they've lost my business.

      I attempted to reach out and complain that my Netflix account, for 2 days was very slow and laggy, I explained to the representative that I was not having issues with any of my other apps and all he asked is that I try technical issues that werent the problem, I even asked to speak with a higher authority and was not given that, when he told me that ** I was not compliant with what he was advising what could he do, so I told him to cancel my subscription, that I was not going to pay for something I couldnt use, he said my account was cancelled and was there anything else he could do. I told him know. Thank you Netflix for the care of your customers and making sure they are satisfied.

      Well they ended up taking $22.12 from his account telling him it was for security purposes but then to find out that he's not getting this money back that was wrongfully taken from him he has to call his car to file it which is kind of wrong that Netflix shouldn't have even did that they have never done it before why they doing it now

      Well until now Netflix has been good. It won't let me change a simple setting and support says the option is not available. Get with the program Netflix, it's 2023! Setting: change account owner to one of the other profile names. Answer: we can't do that. It automatically sets the account owner as the first profile name. Now I get billing emails and am addressed as "Mommy" instead of the last profile listed "Dad." How hard is that Netflix? Apparently too hard and you aren't smart enough to come up with pretty basic stuff like this. Support just told me to wait until my suggestion is reviewed and they "will take my suggestion I to consideration for future changes." 20 bucks a month and this is BS!

      Used to be a great service now they've become down right prejudice and apathetic towards any one who have health issues them selves or children that require alot of hospitalizations..... disabled, medical needs, and if your well off and go on vacations none of it is ok now.... the app is sold as a mobile app and now is not what they advertise its fraud and prejudice
