      I got a subscription for the live ***** v **** fight and my feed keeps cutting out or freezing and I had to restart my netflix and it still didn't work my internet is fiber and it's not on my end. I asked for a refund I doubt they will honor that. Don't trust netflix people they can't do live footage so this is false advertisement.

      Subscribed to Netflix only to watch the **** ****/ **** ***** fight, just for their serves ro crash and be unable to watch what I signed up for. ************* offering trash. Do not get this laggy, crappy terrible streaming service

      The new household thing is causing our family a lot of headaches. We are a family of 4 and have had the premium plan for years. It started with my kids not being able to log in. They are 19 and 21 and spend most of their time at work, school, girlfriends, or best friends houses. They log in from other places than ******** my husband was on a short work trip and couldn't log in from his hotel room. He was in a different time zone and it wouldn't let him log in without a code that was sent to my email. I was still teaching students. He had to wait until I was off work and call to get a code sent to me. I do not want my husband having to wait until I am available just to be able to log in when he gets sent out of town for a few days. When I called Netflix about this (because he travels every couple of months and this was the first time this happened) they told me to add him as sharing for 7.99/mo. Nope, not going to happen. I'll cancel before paying extra for my husband to use the service for the 2-5 days he travels every couple of months. That's a ridiculous option to offer. There needs to be a way for users to allow profiles on their account to log in away from the living room without a code. This is getting very frustrating.

      Zero stars! This new rule of household viewing is ridiculous!! If I am primary account holder and I pay every month I SHOULD BE ABLE TO WATCH WHENEVER AND WHEREVER I WANT TO! Without updating household location (which prevents other family members at home from watching while I travel for work) absolutely ridiculous!! I say we all cancel them at same time so they can get the message!

      Ive been a Netflix subscriber for over a decade now. They recently introduced this household update where you cant use the Netflix account if you are not in the primary household. Now that I have moved away from my family I cannot use my account without taking away their ability to watch. That along with their increased prices makes me question the values of Netflix who just want to squeeze more money out of people. The monthly fee is not much, but I wont be giving this money hungry company any more of my money. Hopefully other people begin to do the same so this pathetic excuse of a company notices the mistakes they are making.

      Recently, I noted that Netflix charged my account over 50 dollars for two months. Apparently because ******* ended my contract after stating it was included in my renewed contract. However, I did authorize Netflix to set me up an account. They should have ended the contract immediately or in the very least contact me to inquire if I wanted to pay for services. I will be ended my Netflix contract most likely.

      ******* content keep running my card w out my approval. Chose not to renew but they think they can keep rerunning my card w out authorization. ************* **********.
