I question BBB, thank God for Consumer Affairs! I would be very interested to see if this gets posted, either way Consumer Affairs can have the supporting documentation along with this post. This is a wake up call for any side of the fence you identify on, this is for ALL the people. Has anyone wondered why most of the time you can leave a review of just about anything on ****** reviews EXCEPT any injustices we feel BIG TECH has committed? Such as ********, Netflix, ****** itself? Let's face it, ****** is the browser, the rest just don't stack up to it, therefore most of us use it.Ever heard of affiliate links? Those annoying ads that pop up ALL the time when you just want to find a recipe? Or fiind a product of interest? Whatever, you get the point.Well, thats because any one of them have something to gain personally, whether it is the promotion of another thing or prosperity for themselves by getting some sort of kick back. I really want to post an open source review to be seen by fellow lamen folk like myself, to be better educated with the schemes these companies concoct. Did you know? ****** and Netflix are teaming up for "shopping integration to promote ***** in *****".Did you know? This partnership is to market and sensationalize the apparel since the show has gained popularity, but that's ok! It is a marketing and business strategy.Did you know? Netflix removed the ability to post reviews on their site in 2018 due to "declining use".ARE YOU STARTING TO MAKE THE CONNECTION? Wake up people, if your reviews DIDN'T matter, they would not have been SILENCED. If ****** is unbiased, why isn't it an option to review BIG TECH? What you think does matter, it matters to all of us. I don't buy anything without combing the reviews and dissecting the valid from the hoaxes. Another important point, take your reviews serious and be honest, they can be invaluable! As far as BBB is concerned, there was some shady stuff happening with me trying to post. We will see!

I was charged two times for Netflix in the same month. They refused to refund my money despite not show that I was refunded. Despite hearing from my bank that a refund was NOT received.

I cancelled Netflix on July 25th showing disapproval for their political stance on funding ****** as did 6 million others who cancelled that day. When their stock dropped to $500.00 a piece they started panicking. on August 25th, they charged me without my consent. I owned a Netflix account for over ******************************************* a security compromise. All of a sudden, they are blaming it on "security" Yeah, I wonder what type of security you got going on over there...

I have been a loyal Netflix customer for more than 10 years. ******************** changed my plan without notification. I was paying $11.99 a month and the system informed me that my plan was canceled and I had to pay $6.99 for with commercials. I called customer services and spoke with a supervisor and he told me that my plan was canceled and I have to $15.99. The supervisor informed me that if I don't like the services- just cancel the services. Netflix is forcing their customer to take the $6.99 month with commercials for profit. Please assist me with my complaint. Thanks, *****

Zero Stars. Not accepting Netflix gift cards as form of payment. No longer allowing you to keep the 1099 plan now forcing you to take the 699 plan with ads. Also will not refund $ back.

After my mother went into a nursing home, I called to cancel Netflix. A month later, her bank account was charged for the next 2 months. When I called to dispute the charges, I was told I had only canceled for 1 month, even though I was very clear my mother would not need Netflix due to her going into a nursing home. The agent never indicated it was only for 1 month. They only offered to refund 1 month, rather than the 2 months they had taken from her bank account. Good luck trying to get a real phone number to speak to anyone at Netflix...there were none to be found and the only way to contact them is through the app! Extremely frustrating not to have access to contact them directly. VERY DISATISFIED CUSTOMER!!!

I was promised my plan would be kept at $10.99 with no ads so long as I continued to make payments without cancelling as the pricing of the plans changed for incoming viewers. I was lied to, my plan has been forcefully changed to a $6.99 with ads plan. Sure, it's cheaper but it is not at all what I agreed to and not what I want. This is bad practice, a flim flam, a ************** an absolutely boneheaded move all to grub the microscopic amount of loss from the few who wanted to keep the deal through continued patronage.

How do I report how bad your service is with the new TV only for household ownership is the worse customer service I've seen? As I do not have a TV, I use my phone only to watch movies. I occasionally use a family members TV, but when I do that, I am shut out of my account on my phone. This is most ridiculous control method for American Viewers. Owning a TV is not what most Americans have.

Stay away! They're so quick to charge you and take your money. But when it comes to refunding you, they'll take their time and give you the runarounds. **************** is terrible.
