      Trash!! Dont do it! Not only do they not have anything good on there but they stole money from me! I paid for it last week and just today I had a $25 charge taken out like when tf did it become by week?

      Good content. Terrible service. Unable to stream to my phone for 3 months now. Treated like Im scamming my own account. Long story about redoing the house so television hasnt been used, this affects streaming which I had to troubleshoot. Finally got it on and streamed for a day. Unhappy customer of over a decade and uncaring service with false claim of mobile streaming.

      Horrible horrible company. I wanted the basic. They charged me a fee of 7.83. Refunded that. Than charge me 7.55. I couldnt download any shows. Call to cancel I have to wait for the refund. What???!!! Dont use Netflix

      why would I pay $15.49 a month for Netflix when I can just torrent these movies and shows? Unbelievable how greedy these companies are. Inflation hasn't been this high on over 2 decades and they have the audacity to not only increase their pricing, but now include ads too? Not paying for this doggy doo doo, sorry but I will be torrenting from now on, no one can afford this besides the 1%ers

      Netflix is very wrong ! . I tried to cancel it and they refused to do it on the phone . Now they hang up on me when i call . They wanted to know my bank info . Not gonna happen .. This place is very bad especially when you have children .. Nothing but vulgar language . Thank God my bank is stopping all payments to them !

      I just want to put it on the record that I signed up for Netflix to watch a movie that was showing it was available on Netflix. However, you cannot preview to see if the movie is available or not without signing up! I signed up and guess what? The movie is not available on Netflix! They wont refund my money either. Buyer beware.

      I called Netflix support to ask about if there is a way to not create another household for my deployed father. Netflix support did not help or aid my question and the representative talked to me like I was dumb. I then asked for a manager to file a complaint against the employee and their way of doing things. Netflix is unhelpful and while I understand not many places doing anything for deployments and such Netflix is the only streaming service he gets overseas.

      Netflix was once great; however, the content of movies produced by Netflix is now sleazy and surprise ****. For example, **************, part 1 was good, but then part 2 turned from two romantic weddings into a 3-way pornographic *** act between 2 men and 1 woman. I've had enough of being lured into Netflix movies and show series, only to have pornographic filth shoved in my face at the end. This isn't what I want to pay for or watch. Netflix is horrible and a waste of money.

      Horrible customer service.I have been watching ******************** on my iPad and cellphone for months. I was watching it all the way up to 7pm tonight. I went to start watching it again at 9pm and I cant get in. I pay too much money for it to not allow me to watch it because Im using my cell phone device. The customer service rep told me that I cant watch it on multiple devices. What was the reason for you guys to allow different profiles if we cant watch it on our own devices. Lets not talk about how the customer service rep I got was nasty. The attitude she gave me was diabolical.

      How to lose a customer with outsourced support and weak security as a company.My account was compromised last night and the default languages changed on all profiles as well as a new hacked profile being created.Originally I contacted their support to verify no charges were made and had already cleaned up the compromised account/profile. All they had to do was verify no charges were made, which also required a PIN which is apparently a system that isn't compromised, and send feedback to their IT staff to fix the issue. As a bonus, they could have offered a refund for the month for the inconvenience.The customer service rep convinced me to demand a refund and cancel the account. Instead of taking responsibility for their easily compromised system or wayward employee using an admin account to hack people's profiles, they attempted to blame the password and VPNs. (No one guessed my email and password or all my other accounts would be compromised.)You may wish to avoid doing business with Netflix until they resolve the issue as I am sure they didn't hack Netflix to play with people's profiles and likely were able to see credit card information.I gave them two stars instead of one because they do have the best streaming platform, it's just unfortunate they don't care about account security or customer service.
