      I have tried to stop subscribing to Netflix twice and twice they have resumed my subscription without my permission without contacting me. Their website is extremely difficult to navigate.

      Today my wife was watching Netflix and a prompt came up asking if we would like to switch to a higher plan. She couldn't find a NO button so she selected the "go back" button on the remote. At that point she got a notification thanking her for upgrading her plan. She told me of what had happened when I got home and I spent well over 30 minutes on chat trying to get it fixed. We have been told that it would be fixed within 72 hours and we had to change our password and switch down to a cheaper plan for 72 hour with commercials. We just wanted to enjoy watching TV without being ambushed and punished with having to spend so much time trying to fix their mistake and now we are further punished by having to take time out of our day to watch commercials. This was a totally unnecessary and unprovoked attack. I even suggested they should give us a free month for the trouble they caused. They denied that. I strongly suspect this was systematic and intentional at this point to weed out those grandfathered into older plans. I am thoroughly disgusted with them right now.

      Netflix charged double on our home account. My husband **** charged and my **** charged same service. When called to clear up they couldnt find my account which I kept telling her my **** bill shows your getting paid and this acct#. Than to clear up acct they wanted bill is more money to get upgraded service ??? After 2 hours trying clear up and frustrated WE ****************** Never refund for overpayment or few months free since we overpaid. No Resolution! They just stole money from us and wouldnt rectify accounts. Disappointed how dishonest and no supervisor could talk to us??? This should be criminal stealing money from customers!!!

      I ended my account with ******************** as of January 2024. On May 17, 2024 Netflix debited my bank account for $22.99. I contacted ******* and they credited my account back $22.99 on May 20, 2024. Netflix, then debited $22.99 for the second time on May 20, 2024. I called Netflix again, and they said they would fix it and credit my bank account and take my banking information out of their system. On May 22, 2024 my bank account received a credit. On the same day May 22, 2024, they turned around and debited my bank account for the $22.99 for the third time. My bank account has been debited $22.99 three times this month and credited two times. I do not use this service and have not, as I previously stated since January 2024.

      I had a horrible experience with my personal Netflix account where someone hacked into it and changed my email address on file and my tn on file - the customer service was very unhelpful and no one seemed to empathize with me for the inconvenience and hassle this has caused. Not only can I not use Netflix but they only offered 10$ for all the inconvenience.Would love to have a follow up call with a manager to express my dissatisfaction. ******

      I receive the Tmobile discount of $6.99. I opted to pay the additional cost through Tmobile to get the Premium package which allows 2 additional users. Netflix wont allow this part of the package when purchasing through Tmobile. I would have to pay even MORE to add users. What is the purpose to partner with Tmobile if you cant even offer the identical package? You shouldnt charge the equal amount if Netflix cant deliver the same premium package to tmobile users. I pay an additional $16.99 through tmobile and NETFLIX IS REFUSING to honor the same premium status package. Either lower the price of premium through tmobile OR HONOR the same premium status package.

      I just want to cancel my membership with Netflix but cannot find a way to cancel only a way to change the account and I tried to take my bank card off the account, and it won't let me it just wants to change bank cards I am not pleased with Netflix at all I just don't want them to automatically take out money from my bank account so What can I do to stop it?

      My sons whom live here with me travel for work In & out of the **************** cannot watch netlix on travel nor can i right in ******, ** without being asked to pay an additional $7.99 a month fee...I alrdy pay almost $25.00 a ************ can't watch & neither can I! it's ridiculous....what am I paying for?!?! I tried calling them I get bogus answers...im fed tf up...this is highest app my family and I pay for and we can't even use it!! Something needs to b done NOW!!

      I've been a customer with ********************** for over a decade and will be seeking legal counsel regarding my subscription and a class action lawsuit. I am a traveling federal employee and also commute between two states to care for my mother.I've paid for multiple screens without any complaints even with the continuous increase in prices.I am constantly prompted to update my household while at my permanent residence and during travel. The new mandate is far from legal and an infringement of privacy as well.

      I have been with my subscription with Netflix for close to 10yrs if not more.Now recently due to policy changes I have to send a code to my daughter phone in order for her to watch on this platform This has become very tedious and inconvenient Never did I think this would happen Not sure if I will continue my subscription Very disappointed in Netflix for putting their long standing customers through this inconvenience
