      Netflix is trash and I will soon be canceling my subscription. Not only have they begun block users who cohabitate together but may live in different homes, they have purposely blocked Apple Vision Pro users from using even the iPad or web versions of Netflix. They are going to lose customers.

      Netflix, *** is now demanding customers to reveal their date of birth and gender when they sign in as a method to promote commercials to a particular age bracket. If a customer does not wish to reveal this information (date of birth is how many people get their identities stolen), the customer has to pay for an upgrade. So a bit of blackmailing by Netflix, *** to get personal data and it is very unscrupulous and seems as if it can't be legal.When I called to Netflix to bypass this stage, the customer service rep stated the only recourse was to pay for a more expensive membership.My DOB is my part of my personal Identification information and should not be the property of an entertainment company. I would hope BBB could contact Netflix and reveal to the company that their practices are not ethical.Thank you for your time.Sincerely,******************************

      Many of the titles that advertise as being in 4k are not! I have reached out to Netflix getting the run around. They have refused to fix this issue.

      Awful!! **************** was so unhelpful my deployed spouse is unable to watch the service we pay for because the device is not able to connect to the home wifi! The only thing consumer service came up with was I had to approve him via email with a code every 14 days. This is a 9 month rotation! So inconvenient and unhelpful needless to say we will be canceling Netflix and opting for *********

      First of all, their customer service is useless, I have contacted them at least **** times about problems not receiving a code to my text messages to verify my phone number in order to keep my account secured, I have tried 5 different phone numbers because I thought it was just mine, but apparently not, I brought this up to their attention and all they kept freaking saying was that there is nothing wrong on my account on their end, the same freaking script, mind u I explained to them what was going on several times but all they kept worrying about is that I was not subscribed or paid for Netflix, they wasnt even trying to do **** unless I have to take class action lawsuit for me spending all my money just for them to sit on their sorry non- English butts and not want to budge. Netflix yall need to hire Americans because clearly these people yall be getting from overseas is not worth s***

      Both Netflix customer service and chat were not understanding. My account was hacked for adding a different extra member. Of course, once it was verified that my account was hacked I removed that extra member and tried to add the original extra member but I misspelled the email so I removed it again. I wasnt aware that you get only 2 email invites per billing cycle. Both **** service and chat wouldnt budge so I cancelled my service. Such a sad way to end my Netflix service on such a ***** rule.

      I signed up for Netflix on December 30th with the $7.46 plan with commercials. On 01/26/2024 I received a charge of $25.07 to my bank account. Called ******************** on that day to question the charge and I was told my account was up graded to an account with NO commercials which I did not request or anyone in my household because I am the only one with the login information. I know they did this thinking the charge would not be caught. I let them know that this bad business practices and cancelled my account all together. This should be against the law and should be addressed. They should have to show some type of proof when accounts are upgraded who and when authorized it.

      on 30 Dec 2023 I signed up for Netflix as a Senior . After not being able to access it on my TV i called Netflix and was told I needed to upgrade because my TV was old and needed to up grade to the next higher plan.I did and received two bills from Netflix . One for $7.48 for Dec 30 and $16.57 on 15 Jan ****. My Plan was change on 30 December immediately after they told me the lower plan would not work. I ask Netflix why I received two bill within two week and they said because I sign up for the lower price package I was charge for it even though I never used it . I told them I didn't know my TV would not work on the the lower price package and their reply was it didn't matter even though the package was changed within hours. Remember I never used that package but they just wanted to take advantage of us as seniors.
