  After residing in my apartment at ************************************* for two years and 4 months, I am terminating my lease and moving out due to ongoing issues with my neighbors in APT D. Their behavior has been inconsiderate and disruptive, making me feel deeply unsettled and unsafe in my apartment.A primary concern is the placement of a mobile home/RV outside my door. This vehicle has become a hub for strangers to loiter and sleep in, significantly heightening my sense of insecurity.Despite my efforts to address these concerns with the management of Atlantis Properties and Sunnyvale Law Enforcement, the situation has not improved. Authorities acknowledge the severity of the issue but offer little solution beyond advising me to relocate.I've also contacted the property owner, but no meaningful steps have been taken to address the deteriorating conditions. Loud maintenance noise, car engine revving (with exhaust filling my apartment), broken garage door, scattered trash and tools, discarded packages and boards, non-functional vehicles, and even a chicken coop litter the premises, posing a risk to tenants' safety and well-being.Leaving my home of two years is a decision I do not take lightly. However, my paramount concern is my safety and security. It is disheartening to witness the neglect of community standards in a desirable neighborhood like ************** in *********, **********. Despite my efforts, I cannot continue residing in a compromised environment where the property owner enables such behavior.In light of these circumstances, I have made the difficult decision to vacate the premises promptly. While it pains me to leave, my priority is to find a living situation where I feel secure and respected. I hope this situation prompts the property owner to reevaluate their management practices and uphold community standards because their continuing silence is shameful.
