    This was in 2020 when my family decided to treat ourselves to a fun excursion. Then the pandemic hit and we could not go. I canceled well before 48 hours and was told I would receive a full refund. I still have never received it. I have all emails between myself and an employee named ******* who continued to assure me that I would receive it. I didn't take action then because other matters took precedence but I am taking action now and hope that something comes of it.

    Date of transaction: May 10, 2020 Money paid to business: $130 Business: Malibu Wine Safaris I booked a tour with them on May 10, 2020, before the ***** shut down. I kept getting my reservations cancelled and I always needed to keep rescheduling.I continued to follow up with them about a reopening date and I get automatic replies stating they did not know when they would reopen. Then a year later I would email them and I get no response, until i find out online that they are closed. I want my refund. I contacted my bank but unfortunately it was too late to file a complaint because it already passed the two year mark.I really had hope that they would open one day, but no.. my money was stolen.I know its already 2023 and I was in a point that I just let this slide but no I'm going to try one last time on getting my money back.

    I purchased a gift certificate that could not be used due to fire and Covid shut downs. Now the establishment is permanently closed by law enforcement. I would like it to be refunded.

    I am reaching out to file a case about a transaction that took place from the business Malibu Wine Safaris for an amount of $130.00. I purchased these tickets in hopes of going to the event, however the business sent an email stating that due to COVID-19 they have to forcefully cancel our tickets. This is without a refund, credit, or vouchers how they suggested on the email. Please help in solving this issue.

    Tickets were purchased on 3/12/2020 in the amount of $1,311.00. Order# ********
    Tickets were cancelled on 7/1/2020. I immediately received confirmation that the order was cancelled and a representative emailed me that they were experiencing delays but promised I'd get my refund as soon as possible. Months passed and I continued to follow up on this refund. The last email I received stated that they would be refunding everyone once the company was able to open back up again due to COVID. However, they continued to allow ticket sales on their website after stating they were "closed". I stopped receiving a response to my emails. Many customers have also experienced this and are out thousands of dollars. They have made no attempt to reimburse everyone that they stole money from and have opened up another business at this same location, Malibu Wine ******
