Had **** come out to replace my condensing fan motor and they wanted **** dollars to replace it . I *********** can be bought at grainier for no more than 200 dollars . I said that is a rip off and one h*** of a **** up in price . Tech seemed miffed about my response . I will never use them as they charge astronomical price for a simple condensing motor replacement . Homeowners do your homework before using them

5 starsThis is a revision of my review of 7-1-22. 2 stars then, 5 stars now. They read my review; called and wanted to make things right -- they did. We discussed the visit and what when wrong and how they could fix it. They refunded my money and were rather insistent that I take it. I will call them this fall to check my system before winter arrives. I might also mention that unlike another company we had after Garrick closed try to sell us an unneeded part but the Bell guy didn't.Review fromKelly D

5 starsThe crew of four fellows was professional and informative. They kept me updated during the five day long project to repipe my residential water service. I am very happy with their collective work efforts and project outcome.
