      While travelling I had an accidental login from **** which is a sanctioned region and caused robinhood to lock my account without warning and tie up all my funds. I have been trying to follow up with robinhood support for over 2 weeks via email and get no response for ***** hours at a time. When i do get a response via email the support agents do not read through prior correspondence and ask for documentation which i have already provided. On multiple occasions i have sent follow up emails only to find the case has been closed (despite no resolution) and ive had to open a completely new case and start from square one. Robinhood only offers phone support through the app which i currently cannot access due to account lock.

      I have been investing with Robinhood for over a year now. I decided to transfer my account and my assets to TD Ameritrade, because I feel they are more reputable. I made this transfer and instantly was charged over $250.00 with no explanation. It has been over two weeks and there is still over $730.00 in my Robinhood brokerage account.I reached out to RH for an explanation for the charges and why this money never made it to my TD Ameritrade account but no customer service was available. I called a number I found online and it was just an automated message that eventually hung up. I couldn't use any customer service chat or call feature with RH because when you transfer your assets out, they deactivate your account. So now I have money sitting with RH but no way to access it. I reactivated my account, which I did not want to do, to use the customer service feature, but I have not received the call back yet. I am still waiting and hoping someone will call me, so I can access MY money.

      I have been trying to close my sons Robinhood account and collect any balances he may have had. I have obtained a ************ Affidavit and have provided Robinhood with all documents, death certificate, government ID including my ID, and all contact information as they requested, and since doing so, they have completely stopped responding to me. Im afraid someone can/has taken all of this personal information and potentially use it for other purposes or even claim my sons money. At first this company responded in a timely manner. After receiving all of our personal information, no contact whatsoever. Im also asking them to at least confirm receipt of my private information and I get no response. Please help. Ive sent at least 4 emails.

      My complaints are similar to the many, many which have been issued by others and were reviewed in November of this year (2022). The customer service is odiously unreasonable and they fail to explain their actions until you've pestered them for a considerable length of time and number of attempts. My issue has to do with them being unwilling to reasonably help me access my account; my account was deactivated at first without warning and when I tried to recover it, they asked for some information. Though I had left that request for a time, I intended to follow through. But without warning, they emailed me on December 21 2022 and informed me that my account had been closed. They included no details about why, and when I attempted to reopen the account, the website informed me that the account cannot be reopened -- again, with no explanation as to why. So, I emailed them again, twice, and this is their response: Hi ******, This is ***** from Robinhood Support. Thank you for your patience. Unfortunately, we have made the decision to close your Robinhood account. We reserve the right to this as part of our terms and conditions which you can read about here. We are unable to verify the legitimacy of the remaining funds on your account. Therefore, no money remains to be returned to you. Should there be other concerns, clarifications or questions, please feel free to reply to this email and you may also check out our *********** article for additional informationI'm always here to help. Apologies for any frustration or inconvenience caused. Sincerely, ***** at Robinhood Support Case ID: ******** ~My account had $8,000 in it. I want that money back.

      I have so many complaints about this business that today I finally decided to tell people about it. The no fee scam Robinhood runs where they hold your shares higher or lower than market than sells your shares at a personal profit and tells you we sold your shares at a market average based on the order they were received than pocket the difference is theft.. today they are holding my deposit after withdrawing and releasing my money from my bank account two times in a row without allowing me to trade all week. Now they have been holding it since the 23rd and wont be releasing it till the 29th. Just $1000 I cannot trade on Robinhood or spend from my bank account. Robinhood is just using my money while I wait for what? Some its the governments fault blame game they play every time they do something shady. This company has more complaints than any other business I have ever looked up on the bbb. Ill gladly help with a class action lawsuit. Check my percentage returns, Im not someone mad because I made poor investments most years Im over 600% returns

      Hi, I was requested to upload bank statements for my account to be re-instated almost 2 weeks ago and I uploaded them the same day and I havent got someone that could get my account back.

      Robinhood has made several promises to enable my account which the company blocked ONLY once I attempted to withdraw funds about 6 months after opening the account. Once requested information is sent, and without a date or time for a resolution, it continues to request unceasing additional information to stall. Most recently, I was requested to send documents which I did, but the company did not advised me that I'd have to undergo a 10-question process and take LIVE photos (like mug shot line up) to validate my identity, after receiving photos (front and back) of my Driver's License and Social Security Card and a cell phone Selfie with my Driver's license held at my face, as it requested. I later received ANOTHER email to allow access to my cell phone photo/camera to take 3 live photos of myself, and live photos of my driver's license. This process through PERSONA is for a FACIAL RECOGNITION program, which Robinhood does not advise its customers, citing my monies cannot be released unless I submit to Face Recognition, a software that tracks daily activities which is an invasion of privacy. The company will not release/enable my account for withdrawal unless I submit to the FAce Recognization software when the photos can be sent via email, upload, and other processes. Thus, the company stands by its name ROBinhood.

      I am rejecting this response because: Robinhood is deliberately prohibiting me from accessing my funds by creating a verification process that includes a mountain of red tape. Although I have provided the company with all required documents and received a confirmation email that my account is fully enabled, I just got notice today that my bank account has been UNLINKED with no explanation. This is no different from disabling access to the funds. The company was supposed to deposit two small amounts into my account for verification. Instead it unlinked the account. There is no management available to resolve this ongoing issue with this company.

      To start I should have read the reviews online. Before getting stuck myself into this. I have my entire life savings in this account my employment checks get deposited here and its 3 days before Xmas. I have a family and gifts I need to buy. And rent due. For the past 5 days Ive had restrictions on my account that Ive been told multiple times will be removed. Every time I speak to them Im told they will reach out via email: no response no call back nothing my entire money is STUCK. In this account, says they confirmed fraud when Ive verified every transaction. Everyday it just gets worse. This is MY money I cant buy my nephews gifts, my wife. Im traveling in less then 48 hours to a different country for Xmas. And I have zero dollars to use.

      I am rejecting this response because: it does not solve the issue. I am not giving ANY of my personal or contact information to someone or something I intend to do no business with. I will not review any case they have opened regarding this as doing so will force me to give them my information. I want my information removed from their website database, and I want ZERO contact in the future from them. Any future contact without my consent or any further attempts from them to gain my information will result in lawyers getting involved. I will also go to the media to report their harassment, and have the ears of multiple congressmen and/or congresswomen who would be more than happy to investigate these claims.

      Been using Robinhood for a year. Do to a recent change with them I want to close my account. They seem to be taking exception to this and refuse to do so. I've contacted them multiple times over the last week to resolve this, but they have yet to resolve anything.
