      Told me that my account was suspended but could not give me any reason as to why. It was abrupt and a shock because I had not used my account in some time. The representative I spoke to through email did not give any type of solution.

      I discovered that someone used my information to create an account on ********************** without my consent. It's been nearly a month since I reported the issue, and I'm still struggling to get it resolved. Robinhood keeps asking for my ID, even though I've already provided it multiple times. The lack of timely support and clear communication is frustrating. BEWARE: ROBINHOODS LAX SECURITY ALLOWS PEOPLE TO STEAL YOUR IDENTITY!

      Robinhood has horrible customer service! I've tried multiple attempts to open an account, spending hours on the phone with their tech support people, uploading multiple copies of government issued IDs. Each time, the tech support person states that everything is in order, but then I get an email the next day that they've decided to close my account. I attempted to contact customer support to see why, and they just refer me to 'the correct department'...and then I get another generic email the next day saying the same thing (they've decided to close my account). This is such a poor display of customer service, there is no way I'd ever trust them with my money now!

      Robinhood is a terrible broker and i would suggest everyone stay clear of this broker at all cost....totally bad experience.

      After unsubscribing from their "Snacks" daily garbage over a dozen times, I still continue to be harassed daily and the company refuses to email me back.

      They will not allow me to deactivate my account. When I try to it tells me I still have a balance that needs to be moved to another account or the account balance needs to be 0. Yet I have no money in the account it’s asking me to transfer from. I have tried to contact customer service numerous times. I can’t reach them so I tried to send an email and never received any feedback.

      I attempted to open an account to transfer my 401k into. I put one letter off on my email address, and I tried to get this corrected. I went through robinhood customer service agents@+l.***************, providing my id and pictures of my face. The customer service agent, **, was condescending, and told me that I never did the verfication, so I did it again, then they told me that I typed my address as my name, and then they told me the photo was too blurry. I just kept getting the runaround from foreign customer service agents. Finally my account problem was resolved.

      I have used several financial services companies. Robinhood is the worst. No customer service, hidden fees, and they will stall as long as they can when returning your money. They are clearly a bait and switch company who will cheat you any way they can.
