      I am a 42 y/o professional who's held several positions - Arnott Farms (specifically Ron A***** the owner) provided the worst working experience I have ever had. I was made to do several jobs that I was not hired to do. I did them without any complaint and by all indications they were happy with all my work provided. I was then let go (by email) after only 14 work days, without any warning and without any valid reason; no example could be given. The owner is afraid to make any resolutions in-person and prefers to email at 11p prior to your shift starting. He is a bad leader and keeps an extremely dirty work environment. Him and his employees keep poor hygiene habits and I would not buy any food from them! Many health code violations were broken during my time employed. As well as multiple sexual harassments claims. When I brought these claims to the attention of Ron Arnott, he refused to acknowledge or legally reply to me.
