    2 years ago Performance East Inc signed a dealer agreement to become a dealer for Elimator Boats. After signing the dealer agreement we ordered our first boat, a 31 XO Eliminator. Over the last 2 years we have sent close to $350,000 to Eliminator boats for our build. The owner of Eliminator Boats has set build completion timeframes over and over and has failed to meet them now a total of 4 times. Eliminator has taken our money under pretenses to build us a boat and supply us with 3-4 boats per year. They cannot produce us one single boat much less meet their dealer agreement obligations. After nearly two years of waiting we canceled and requested a full refund. Currently I am getting no response from Eliminator. Basically they are taking deposits off of digital boat renderings and misleading customers on timeframe and their capabilities as a Company to build these boats.

    Eliminator Boats builds high end 100% custom boats.  Each and every boat is built one off, built from the ground up for each customer.  The company works hard to meet deadlines but the pandemic has brought a ton issues in terms of logistics with parts and on top of that the shortage in SKILLED labor.   We have addressed this issue with Performance East and he will be receiving his boat shortly.
