    I had a fantastic experience working with ******* ***** at Truss Financial Group. He helped me close on an investment property with a DSCR loan and was extremely knowledgeable throughout the entire process. What really stood out was his patience and professionalismour renovation project took longer than expected, but ******* remained supportive and responsive every step of the way. His expertise and steady guidance made a complex process much smoother. I highly recommend ******* to any real estate investor looking for a reliable and experienced loan officer.

    I am a professional real estate investor with 10 years of experience who has done 6 projects to-date in both the short-term and long-term rental markets. In this time, I have worked with four different finance companies. Unfortunately, most RE finance companies are very sleezy and use all kinds of unethical tricks that cost you lots of time and $ as an investor and Truss is no exception to this pattern. TLDR:Truss took from September 29, 2024 to March 21, 2025 to close on a fairly simple DSCR loan and completely changed the terms at the last minute with no explanation. I had to engage in a last-minute high pressure renegotiation to get an acceptable set of terms which I was forced to accept due to a $450k construction loan expiring in 3 weeks. At the end of the day, it took an extra 4 months and $10,000 in finance costs to close the deal over what it should have.

    ******* ****** was FANTISTIC. I would HIGHLY recommend him to anyone that is looking for someone to help them get a loan. I could call ******* with any question, and he would always do his best to answer it and if I still didn't understand he would explain it in a way that I could understand it. He never gave up on us and continued to go above and beyond his job. Our situation was not the easiest, but ******* ****** did not give up on us and tell us that he couldn't help us, instead he worked harder to try to find a solution that would work for us. I am a business owner, and I couldn't get a typical conventional loan, but ******* made sure that he did everything he could to find a solution to help me. ***** was a ton of help to and helped make the final stages of the loan a lot easier. The whole team that worked on my loan were amazing and I definitely plan on using them again whenever I need to get another loan done.

    Over the course of the last year our property was in need of several refiances to ensure we were not being charged outrageous interest rates with our existing banks. Truss Financial Group and ****** ***** did a great job handling our refi process. Gathering documents was easy and fast, which led to a quick decision from ***. ****** kept us updated through the whole process and if challenged he found ways to manage things on behalf of his client. Upon completing our first refinance to exit a large balloon personal note, we refinanced and obtained a better rate using the same documents. ****** drove this process and executed it on time and got us a great rate overall. I would highly recommend Truss Financial Group for all your financial needs, however, while I am sure there are many outstanding people to help you, ****** ***** is our mortgage broker for many more transactions to come.

    Hello,To everybody reading this review. I am writing this because I have dealt with this company before and now am in process again. I must say that as we all know, service in general has gone way down in pretty much every entity. But ****** ***** with Truss is the true exception. He makes sure you are in a good spot and things are rolling along smoothly. Sometimes there could be a hiccup with escrow etc but nobody is perfect. What I like a lot about ****** is that he really cares and wants the best for you and definitely shows that. He is a true definition of above and beyond. He needs to teach classes to the rest of the world on the meaning of customer service. I am comfortable with him, can be myself as he's very down to earth and just a cool guy. So if you want to do a mortgage loan, Home equity line of credit etc, definitely go to him as there are also various ways to qualify unlike a traditional bank like *************** for example. GO TO ****** and if it's possible, he'll make it happen! If he can't, I can assure you that nobody else can. Rest at ease with this guy. He's top notch! THANK YOU ******! You're the man!

    I did a refinance, first in ***** apparently using bank statements. Manasses as well as *****, who did all of the diligence were patient, professional, complete and extraordinarily communicative throughout the entire process. The entire process from start to close was right around 30 days and was as painless as any large transaction can be. I definitely see this as an option for self employed individuals as many times our W2 doesn't fully reflect our take in the business. I appreciate the service and the fair value in fees. Thank you Manasses and ***** for a job well done.

    Wonderful Company and saved my home that was left to me when my mother peacefully passed away. They were the third mortgage company that finally approved me. Banana peel mountains were moved.
