    I do not know how anyone here got their loan even started here. I have made at least seven attempts to reach the representative they assigned me, and yet we have yet to speak.As I read these reviews, it seems suspicious that every single "customer" review is 5 stars. That is extremely unlikely - especially when so many people take the time to write a review when they are upset with a service. And given that a four star rating isn't bad, where are the 4 star people? (who will deduct a star for SOME reason.) Also, there are an excessive amount of reviews given the short amount of time this business has been in here. I am curious to see how this BBB site vets people who leave a review. Can anyone log on and leave just any comment?As far as this business goes, is something sounds too good to be true....

    These guys are great. They completely understood our needs as small business owners.     After months of struggling with other lenders, **** at Truss Financial made it really easy to complete a cash-out refinance of a new primary residence we recently bought. As a small business owner and real estate investor, my income situation is complicated but **** was able to guide me through the process with relative ease.     Truss Financial Group and ****** specifically helped me close on a house as a first time homebuyer with a traditional self-employed mortgage. I was also pre-approved for a bank statement loan, but chose to go with the traditional mortgage. I couldn't be happier with the experience and the professionalism shown by ****** while we worked for months to get the house I wanted. The only bumps in the road were due to my own documents, and they were able to push the loan through regardless. I couldn't recommend them more for anyone self employed.
