    Fantastic people to deal with. I tried 3 mortgage companies that couldn't do anything or didn't want to work. Then I discovered Truss Financial. Wow! Totally organized, great communication, fast, hardly any paperwork required, and called me on my crazy schedule. Defiantly will use them again.

    Dream Team is all I can say. ***** and ***** were absolutely incredible in handling our loan. I can not recommend them enough. This deal was a nightmare roller coaster and they made me and my husband feel as if everything else goes wrong; they will make sure our loan goes right. They are so informative and communicative; they would respond at all hours. They both worked late hours to help us and did everything they could to get us over the finish line. I will never go to anyone else again. I'm so thankful for meeting them and appreciate all they did for us more than they will ever know.

    I could not be happier with my experience purchasing a home with Truss Financial Group. My broker, ***** was amazing. She provided me with plenty of education, information and conversation to confidently get back into the housing market.***** provided consistent, clear communication. She made it simple to find and send in every document. She even ran point on a lot of the items I needed from various banks, etc.Truss had helpful videos and emails along the way as well.     So, this may be a long review, but I want to get the point out. I contacted my original mortgage companys office in hopes of doing a cash out refi for needed debt repayment and the fact that I was in need of a 60k roof replacement. My mortgage company promised me the world doing a bank statement loan, as Im self employed. When I got the docs back on the loan statement, rates and fees were so much more than every discussed, and instead of a cash out, by the time their fees were done they wanted me to go to the closing table with almost $50k. Obviously they didnt listen, tried to take advantage of me, and lost the deal due to this. In outrage I searched online and found Truss Financial and read their reviews, said why not and called their 800 number where ******** answered the call, and wow, the difference was unreal. I spent ***** minutes on the phone with ********, we went through the *** and downs, he broke down numbers instantly, and didnt lie or ******** me. Granted Im the perfect client (kidding of course) I had all the docs together since I just supplied them to my previous company, and what took the last company 4 weeks to put together ******** had done in ***** hours. From there the loan processor ***** mostly took over but ******** was still super responsive through text and email, even when he was in *********** on a vacation. We closed the loan, funded and I was able to get everything squared away quickly, and where my previous company wanted 3.5 points on the loan and then 25k plus additional bs cost and then a broker fee (I guess they saw sucker on my face cause I needed a roof for my house) ******** and his team at Truss got me under 1/2 a point on the loan, a fair processing fee on a bank statement loan, and they were honest, straight forward, and true professionals. I will be doing another refi as the interest rates come down over the next couple yearsand there isnt a question what team and company has earned my business period
