    Starting back in November of 2019 our company tried purchasing 2 flashes from this business and through a *************************. Dec. 5th we received one flash. Then April 2020 that flash broke and we sent it back for testing /repair. Received it back the end of May box and flash damaged. Then we called and spoke with ***************************** June 2020 about the damage and then again in September 2020 and he said he was still waiting on a part. October 2020 still no news on the flash or a replacement. *********************** called 11/2/20 and apologized and said he would get back to us asap. January 2021 we asked for an update and never got a response. Feb 2021 spoke with ***** as he apologized and said there were changes going on in the company. April 2021 We emailed ***** about the bad customer service we received and ***** apologized again and promised the Flash with in a week and informed us that ************************* is no longer with the company . May 17th ***** apologized again saying there is no part. June 22, 2021 demanded our flash back or a refund. Since then we have not been able to get in touch with anyone affiliated with this company. We have left many messages and called the multiple other business that *********************** is running still and he is unfortunately always unavailable. He is obviously avoiding our calls and e-mails. This has been a nightmare for the last almost 3 years and the money owed to us is over 2 thousand dollars. We have been more than patient with this company and all the people that we've had to deal with, obviously several that are no longer employed there. We will be filing a small claims with the courts. We would just like to make others aware to not deal with this company or any of these above named individuals.
