    This company is a scam. The contractor came 7 days after my initial call to this being classified as an emergency situation. Zamora was completely unresponsive to my calls and emails for days. When he finally came, he took a 2-second look at my broken water heater and told me he'd try his best to write a report to justify its replacement. I paid him, and then he proceeded to write a report saying I was missing parts and, therefore, my entire claim was invalid. Their negotiation skills and willingness to work in good faith with customers leave much to be desired. We have a water heater issue covered under warranty, but they have yet to make any effort to schedule a visit to address the problem.

    Don't bother with them!They came out (through the American Home Shield warranty company) on Tuesday, 10/03 to do an assessment of a broken tankless water heater (no hot water). They claimed it needed to be replaced. They claimed they needed to make a report to American Home Shield to get the approval to replace it.As of Thurs 10/05, still no word - so I tried to call them. Voicemail (and subsequently, no return phone call from them!). I contacted American Home Shield who had not heard from them either. They tried to call. Got Voicemail as well.Tuesday, 10/10 rolls around, still nothing. I get Voicemail again and American Home Shield states that they still have not heard from them. I've now gone with a different plumber who - after a phone call with the tankless water heater manufacturer (which he made while still on site!) says the problem is fixable and ordered the very ****************. Replacement NOT needed.
