    I am currently pursuing legal action against Partners Management due to their complete failure to provide the services they were contracted for.Throughout my time working with this company, they failed to respond to repeated calls, emails, and messages even when urgent issues arose that required immediate attention. Their total lack of communication and responsibility has caused significant harm, both financially and emotionally.I strongly advise anyone considering this company to think twice. In my experience, they did not fulfill even the most basic duties of a property management company.

    We are sorry to hear that G.L. was dissatisfied with her experience; however, we would like to clarify several key points regarding this matter:COMMUNICATION AND SUPPORT PROVIDED: G.L. was contacted directly by the *** Manager and informed of the support being offeredboth from the *** and the developerdespite the **** issue being an owner responsibility. She was provided multiple opportunities to coordinate access to the buildings roof so that repairs could be made.DEVELOPER ASSISTANCE: In this instance, the developer voluntarily offered to assist with the **** repair. This required coordination to ensure proper access to the roof, which G.L. was responsible for scheduling. She initially miscommunicated the nature of the issue and nearly missed her scheduled appointment.ACCESS AND VENDOR POLICY: As is standard in most multi-unit buildings, roof access is restricted for safety and liability reasons. G.L.s own technician was not permitted access because the vendor was not vetted per building policya requirement for the protection of all residents.ALLEGATIONS OF NEGLIGENCE: We have reviewed our records and note that communications were returned in a timely and professional manner. The claim that no one responded to messages or provided assistance is not supported by the documented interactions.We take all feedback seriously, but we also believe it is important to provide context when reviews contain inaccurate or misleading claims. At no point did management or the *** act negligently or irresponsibly in this matter. Our team remains committed to clear communication, equitable policy enforcement, and support within the scope of our responsibilities.

    Rebuttal to Business Response I respectfully disagree with the response provided by the business. All of the communication recordsphone logs, emails, and timelineswere already submitted in my initial review to support my claims.Despite reaching out starting June 26, I received no response from the **** developer, or management team for over a week. No one scheduled or dispatched anyone until July 7th , which is an unjustifiable delay given the nature of the **** issue in the summer heat.Their statement that I was contacted directly and offered multiple opportunities to coordinate is simply false and not supported by the facts or the documents I submitted.I stand firmly by my original review and request that BBB take into account the evidence I already provided.

    I am suing my HOA because of them and their nasty, horrific, biased ways and "service". ******************** Lofts is dreadful largely because of this 1 star company managing our already dreadful HOA board. The fair housing commission gave me the right to *** and that is exactly what I am doing. If onto they had treated me with a basic level of respect and not like someone they figured did not have the time and financial resources to stand up to them.
