******* BROUGHT HER VEHICLE TO CORRAL'S M & B REPAIR TO CHECK WHY IT DOES NOT START. VEHICLES BATTERY DID NOT HOLD NOR ACCEPT CHARGE WE PUT A TESTER BATTERY FOR TESTING PURPOSES AND FOUND THAT STARTER WOULD NOT CRANK EVEN THOUGH IT HAD SIGNAL, POWER AND GROUND. WE ADVISED CUSTOMER THAT BATTERY, STARTER, REGISTERING BATTERY TO VEHICLE, PROGRAMMING/CODING HAD TO BE PERFORMED IN ORDER FOR US TO MOVE FORWARD WITH DIAGNOSIS. VEHICLE DID HAVE CODES IN CAR ACCESS SYSTEM THAT HAD TO BE CLEARED BECAUSE IT HAD GONE INTO EWS ANTI TAMPERING MODE(VEHICLE SHOULD CRANK BUT NOT START WITH THESE CODES PRESENT). WE ALSO LET HER KNOW TO KEEP IN MIND THAT THERE WAS CODES PRESENT STATING THAT ENGINE COULD HAVE TIMING ISSUES. CUSTOMER REQUESTED TO HAVE US MOVE FORWARD WITH BATTERY, STARTER, REGISTERING BATTERY, PROGRAMMING, CODING AND THAN CHECK WHY ENGINE WOULD NOT START IF IT STILL DID NOT START. AFTER INSTALLATION OF BATTERY, STARTER, REGISTERING BATTERY, PROGRAMMING AND CODING WE GOT ENGINE TO CRANK AND START BUT WE IMMEDIATELY TURNED IT OFF BECAUSE ENGINE WAS TICKING, BLOWING OUT EXCESSIVE BLACK SMOKE AND RUNNING ROUGH. WE REMOVED SPARK PLUGS AND NOTICED THAT SEVERAL INJECTORS WERE LEAKING. WE MADE OUR RECOMMENDATIONS TO MYRESHA WHICH WERE TO CLEAN FUEL INJECTORS AND PERFORM ENGINE OIL CHANGE. WE LET HER KNOW THAT USUALLY WE RECOMMEND TO REPLACE FUEL INJECTORS BUT WE SAVED HER MONEY BY CLEANING THEM BECAUSE WE WERE NOT SURE IF THE ENGINE WAS OK. WE RECOMMENDED TO PERFORM ENGINE OIL CHANGE BECAUSE HER ENGINE IS SEALED AND THE ONLY WAY TO CHECK ENGINE OIL LEVEL IS BY GOING THROUGH THE HEAD UNIT ELECTRONICALLY OR REMOVING AND MEAUSURING ENGINE OIL. MYRESHAS VEHICLE HAS AN AFTERMARKET RADIO AND THEY BY PASSED HEAD UNIT SO THATS NOT AN OPTION. ******* AUTHORIZED TO MOVE FORWARD. WE DID LET HER KNOW THAT ENGINE COULD STILL NEED REPAIRS BUT SUDJUSTED TO GET IT STARTED AND LET IT RUN SINCE CUSTOMER STATED THAT ENGINE HAD NOT BEEN STARTED IN MONTHS. OTHER WISE WE WOULD HAVE TO TEARDOWN AND INSPECT ENGINE TO SEE IF IT NEEDED REPAIRS WHICH INVOLVE OVER THIRTY FIVE HOURS OF LABOR. CUSTOMER AUTHORIZED WE GOT ENGINE RUNNING ITS RUNNING BETTER BUT ENGINE DOES NEED REPAIRS. CUSTOMER IS NOT HAPPY THAT VEHICLE NEEDS ENGINE REPAIRS WHICH WE UNDERSTAND BUT IT SOMETHING SHE WAS AWARE OF BEFORE WE PERFORMED REPAIRS ON HER VEHICLE. HER VEHICLE CAME IN NOT RUNNING, NO DASH LIGHTS AND NOW DASHLIGHTS COME ON AND ENGINE RUNS. ******* REQUESTED TO HAVE US ONLY SPEAK WITH HER UNCLE AND HER AUNT BUT THEY ARE ONLY ******* AND USING PROFANITY SO WE DECIDED THAT WE WOULD NOT WORK WITH THEM. WE DID MYRESHA KNOW BUT SHE REFUSED TO EVEN SPEAK TO US. SO WE LET HER KNOW HER CAR WAS READY AND THAT SHE HAD TWO DAYS TO PICK IT UP BEFORE STORAGE FEES APPLIED WHICH IS OUR POLICY.

CORRAL'S M AND B REPAIR DECLINES THIS MESSAGE BECAUSE SHE IS ONLY SENDING PICTURES OF THE SECOND PAGE AND NOT ALL THE ***** WHERE IT SHOWS ALL THE DETAILS. HERE IS A COPY AND WE HAVE ALREADY SENT MORE COPIES ON OUR PREVIOUS RESPONSE. UNFORTUNATELY WE WILL NOT BE ABLE TO CONTINUE TO WAIT TILL CUSTOMER RESPONDS OR DECIDES TO COME TO AN AGREEMENT. SO AS OF TODAY WE WILL BE PUTTING A LIEN ON THE VEHICLE.

I was told that the computer on my vehicle was bad and needed to be replaced after I was told that the car was fully checked out and the reason is was not working was because my battery was bad and needed a new starter. I only received 1 email from corral which I submitted. And I shouldnt be paying for anything pass what I have signed off on

GOOD MORNING TO WHO IT MAY CONCERN. WE ONLY DO WHAT OUR CUSTOMER AUTHORIZES, VEHICLE WAS BROUGHT IN NO CRANK, NO START, NOT EVEN THE DASHLIGHTS TURNING ON. WE TRIED CHARGING BATTERY AND BATTERY DID NOT HOLD CHARGE. WE PUT A TESTER BATTERY BUT STARTER WOULD NOT CRANK AND SIGNALS TOO STARTER CHECKED OUT OK. CUSTOMER AUTHORIZED TO REPLACE STARTER AND BATTERY. WE INSTALLED THEM GOT THE ENGINE RUNNING BUT ENGINE IS NOISY. CUSTOMER REQUESTED TO PERFORM OIL CHANGE AND CLEAN FUEL INJECTORS BECAUSE WHEN WE STARTED IT VEHICLE WAS RUNNING ROUGH AND EXCESSIVE BLACK SMOKE CAME FROM THE EXHAUST. WE HAD ALREADY LET CUSTOMER SINCE THE START BEFORE WE INSTALLED THE BATTERY OR THE STARTER THAT THE ENGINE MIGHT NEED MAJOR REPAIRS. CUSTOMER DECIDED TO STILL MOVE FORWARD KNOWING SHE COULD HAVE MAJOR ENGINE PROBLEMS BASED ON THE ***** CODES THAT WERE STORED ON VEHICLE. VEHICLE STARTS NOW ENGINE IS NOISY, ENGINE DOES NEED REPAIRS. WE HAD SUDJESTED THAT THE ENGINE CONTROL MODULE BECAUSE IT WAS NOT RESPONDING, BUT AFTER SEVERALS HOURS OF DIAGNOSIS WE FOUND BATTERY SENSOR CONNECTOR GROUNDED OUT AND KNOCKING DOWN THE WAKE UP LINE ON THE ENGINE CONTROL UNIT. SOMEONE POSSIBLY  WHOEVER INSTALLED **************** RADIO AND AFTERMARKET RADIO TUCKED THE CONNECTOR IN THE SIDE PANEL OF THE ***** AND IT INTERMITTENTLY GROUNDED OUT BECAUSE WIRES WERE EXPOSED. BATTERY SENSOR CONNECTOR WAS DISCONNECTED BUT WIRES WERE EXPOSED THAT IS WHY WE HAD RULED OUT THE BATTERY SENSOR BUT WE HAD NEVER THOUGHT THAT THE *** OF THE CONNECTOR WHERE IT WAS TUCKED IN HAD EXPOSED WIRES CAUSING A VOLTAGED DROP AND KNOCKING DOWN THE ENGINE CONTROL UNIT. WE DID NOT CHARGE FOR THIS DIAGNOSIS. HERE ARE SOME PICTURES OF AFTERMARKET AMPLIFIER(FIRE HAZARD). ALL THE PICTURES OF THE R/O'S AND ESTIMATE SHOW THE ***** AND DATES WE SPOKE TO ******* AND GOT AUTHORIZATION WE WOULD NEVER DO ANY WORK WITHOUT CUSTOMERS PERMISSION OR AUTHORIZATION.

I am rejecting this response because:
When I sent my vehicle to them I  was informed that the issue with my vehicle was what was on the document that signed ! Anything further was not authorized. I was also told my vehicle needed a computer nd they wouldnt be able to tell if the engine needed work until I got a new computer for the car. I shouldnt have to pay for extra work that was done past the work that I was told and signed off on . I would love to come to an agreement with the company so this dont have to go any further. I am not willing to pay any additional funds that I didnt agree on
