    Not long ago I purchased from RENVU a battery for my solar setup. RENVU had the most competitive price and when I decided to get a second battery to finish the job I contacted RENVU asking if I might get the second battery at a reduced price. ******************* of RENVE returned my email with a reduction on the previous low price. I am quite pleased with my interaction with **** and RENVU. I feel lucky that I found the RENVU site(solartradeworld) on ***** **************

    Good selection of material. However, not everything has pricing associated with it and when I went to order the one product that I wanted, the "Add to Shopping Cart" button was not available. I would prefer that a number be listed on the website, but it wasn't and so I had to email them. Someone got back to me and worked with their IT to get the website fixed which was great but it still took extra time. This was first time purchasing and they made me give my license and fill out a credit card authorization form with the same information that I filled out on the website. That was redundant and more of a waste of my time. They only gave me an option for "Freight Shipping" which was really expensive! I am not sure why they don't give an option for another shipping method or give the ability to give our preferred shipper and account number to ship with? My contact came back a short time later after i mentioned this in an email and he got the price down by switching to **** which was good but more back and forth and I had already filled out my online accounting expense form and so I had to redo some numbers.Hopefully, the next time I purchase it will be much smoother. The whole point of online purchasing is that it should be seemless and easy. So far, this process was not.

    I don't buy a lot from Renvu,...mostly because I am in **/MO...so shipping is a deterrent.BUT when I do, it is a great experience. Easy to message back and forth. I have got great email communication throughout the order, shipping process.

    Renvu has went down the tubes. They, used to be a good supplier but they got rid of everybody and now you can't directly contact anyone, and you are lucky to get a response in a week.I didn't recieved a replacement order for damaged components for over 3 months. When I received the shipment 1 rail was damaged, so I agreed to get a refund for the rail, well it's been 4 months and I still haven't received my refund.I could go on but just don't use these guys totally dishonest.
