      As a new QuickBooks customer with an upgraded account, I'm experiencing unprecedented issues. Despite years of using QuickBooks for a different business, I've never encountered such problems with any company before. Frankly, the customer service is abysmal. While some representatives go above and beyond, most seem unwilling to help, insisting that "everything is fine with my account." After numerous conversations with various representativesboth myself and my bookkeepermy overall experience has been utterly **************** my first month with an upgraded account, I attempted to process payments for my customers. As an extremely small businessa private violin teacherI heavily rely on this income to cover business expenses and pay myself. While many payments went through, some were declined with an alert stating "your account was temporarily suspended" and instructing me to contact the ***** number if the problem persisted. My bookkeeper and I have called this number over a dozen times, yet the issue remains unresolved. Thankfully, my customerseveryday parents like myselfwere able to make payments through alternative methods, ensuring I wouldn't go without income. However, I'm deeply concerned about paying my business bills when they come due. With no funds in my QuickBooks checking account due to my inability to process payments, I'm left in a precarious financial situation.I find this situation completely ridiculous, as we've been repeatedly told there's nothing wrong with my account. The last customer I tried processing now has six charges on her account with six potential reversals pending. This is unacceptable. QuickBooks should not be held to such a low standard when it comes to processing payments, which is the primary function of your platform. I am still waiting for this issue to be resolved after three weeks. I cannot continue using a platform that fails to perform its primary function.

      We had a large fraudulent chargeback submitted. Its still pending at intuit 81 days later. In the mean time they have shut down our 10yo perfect merchant account. Withheld thousands in revenue, come after the owners of the *** for collections on the fraud submitted against us, all while they don't pursue solving the actual crime. We are both the victims of the fraud and intuit.

      ********** for many years but the company and the service is dismal at best and bill in an unethical way. We have maintained our Proadvisor packages with them for years and in 2023 received a notification that a product for proadvisors would be sunsetted however if you maintained your renewal the existing holders would keep this product. Mysteriously when the autorenew was processed the product dropped off and miraculously was missing and not available. They indicated it was a system error and could not be fixed they were sorry but no solution. After hours on the phone they sold me the product twice and credited me difference - another error. Here a year later same saga now my renewal is three times as large all wrong products and same issue they cannot fix. Currently on hole for two and a half hours - do not use them for payroll - use accountants relief or some other available product - it is not worth the headache.

      A sheerly disgusting buisness, they overcharge for a service they do not actually provide, offer that payment can be taken out of your tax returns, but certainly dont do a single thing to actually get you anything back, wich is directly against their motto and claims mind you, they refused to give me a refund after ripping me off entirely, via an email wich effectively was just meant to call me an idiot because i chose to spend my money there. I wouldnt have been upset if they didnt charge prior to asking you for even more information than you already have to give them to proceed to the point of payment, if i would have known they were going to ask for a grand lot of information that i just simply dont have, obviously then i wouldnt have paid them. This company functionally scammed me and theres nothing i can do about it except this.

      I was printed to upgrade to deluxe due to a lottery win, so what is one to do. Upon completing my filing at the biking end I realize that Im being charged an additions 69 for state transfer, and 40 to pay out of my refund. I need to file bankruptcy so I need to be current on all my taxes, so I was sure how to say know as I typically use this service. Never again will I trust turbo tax for their misleading free advertisements. I feel completely ripped off

      Intuit fraud detection team is very useless. On September 09, 2024 i had money ACH transferred from my accounts. I am calling and talking to their team since Sep 21, there are not investigation into the issue, infact saying that they are not even responsible for this money fraud happened into the account. It's very unsafe to work with this company. I am surprised how such a big name of an accounting firm can let this scam happen.

      On multiple separate occasions I've been left stranded with no way to access money because of there service being down for multiple hours on end. It's happened many times and there needs to be something done or some sort of regulation. There should be no reason one cannot access their money. It's ridiculous.

      No notice given that the pogo cartridge are no longer available. Phone number dis connected. Website removed???Is business closed with out contact to client's?

      Intuits customer service team is very unprofessional. If they do not know the answer or it is a bit complicated, they put you "on hold" and just hang up or transfer to another person and you have to start the entire conversation over again. You can say exactly what is wrong, why it is not working, and they still do not listen. Intuit still has not RESOLVED INV-***** which has been ongoing since 2020. They charge you about $7K a year for software that has an ongoing issue their **************** will not correct. The rating should start at ZERO Starts.

      Intuit advertises one rate in my logged in online account then sends an email that they will withdraw double that amount from my checking account while the lower rate is still advertised within my account. #1 ******************** posted a subscription renewal notice of $160+taxes within my QB Online account, I expect to pay $160 + taxes. #2 When I called to pay this bill, I was told I cannot pay it early. Furthermore, they are set up to bill double that amount and I have to wait until Intuit QB deducts an Estimated $314 + taxes from my checking account, then I have to call and ask for a refund and trust they will process it. Sounds like bait and switch to me.
