      NEVER AGAIN!!!! I opted to use Turbo Tax ************ in which an agent walked me through submitting all the necessary documents to file my taxes for the year 2023. April 13, 2024 - Paid $418 to file my taxes April *******- Agent completed tax filing April *******- Rejected, Resubmitted and Filed Extension April 17, 2024- Rejected, Agent informs me one of my dependents social has been compromised I cannot e-file I have to submit my return via mail as well as another form because of the issue. March- Sometime in March I have to each out because there was a mistake in the paperwork. An agent assists me with correcting this issue.June 10, 2024- Still processing August 20, 2024- The *** is sending paperwork via mail that my Tax refund was adjusted and I won't be receiving any funds. I immediately call the ***. My agent entered in the wrong social for my other dependent (not the one with the compromised social) as well as an incorrect birthday.Present day- I CANNOT GET A HOLD OF ANYONE FROM TURBO TAX TO REFUND ME MY MONEY. I SHOULD NOT HAVE TO PAY FOR THIS INCONVENIENCE.

      Quickbook stole ****** dollars from my account. They charged 15$ for every check that I went to the back to the deposit for some reason, never told me about it. I deposited ********************************************************************************* know. Check your deposits!! Scammers

      Intuit LOST MY TAX RECORDS for the last couple years when the migrated their Mint product users to Credit Karma. Even though these are two different Intuit products (TurboTax and Mint/Credit Kharma), because I only ever had one login for all products and the last time I updated it was when I logged into Mint, the lost all my records when they did away with Mint. I can still login to my TurboTax account, just don't have records. between two days I spent hours on the phone with them to no avail. TurboTax was unable to resolve this and recover my records and suggested I contact Credit Kharma, even though they're not a tax software company and my taxes were done through TurboTax. I also don't have an account with Credit Kharma, because I deleted it after they did away with Mint because it was AWFUL. I bet a lot of people will have this problem come tax season - I just found the issue early because I needed my records for something. I'll NEVER USE Intuit's TurboTax again - or any of their other products.

      WORSE EXPERIENCE I'VE EVER HAD!!!!First They disconnected my Admin access from our account so we only have had since June basic user privileges only. I have been calling everyday 5 days a week trying to reconnect our account to the Primary admin. Well now its august 19th and they have completely locked us out of our account and i cant even get on as a user. They keep declining the information i send them. They refuse to help us resolve this issue that they have created for us. this is a 1.2.3. problem yet they are making it a 1 2 3 plus 100 problems. They refuse to reconnect the accounts necessary for us to use our QuickBooks efficiently. I am about to get our legal team involved

      My issue is that Quickbooks sent me a deposit that was supposedly coming from a supposed customer of mine. It turned out that that this new supposed customer was a scammer. This particular supposed Customer knew how the ** payment platform works and took advantage of that. I received an order via an Email which isn't unusual for us. That supposed customer asked whether or not we used a ** Payment platform and I hadn't at that time, but I was interested to look into it which I did. So one week later I told that customer I now have the ** payment platform and sent him an invoice. Customer sent the money via ** payment platform and we received that money which was over $25K in our Bank account within 2 days for Qty 2 of our products. We had not sent any product yet. The following day the Scammer said one of his clients has cancelled the order and asked if we could credit them for that 1 unit $12,574 to send to a Bank in the State of **********. which I did (i know red flag) but I was still convinced that this was a real Order. Until i received a message from ** stating that they want their money back $25k because they were not authorized to get paid from the other end. Needless to say I was in panic mode and closed our bank account in order for ** to not have any access etc. I believe that SCAMMERS know how the ** payment platform works and takes advantage of this. I even gave ** the telephone number of the scammer whom I was able to get a hold of and ** says they are not authorize to contact them or their merchants which was me. i was livid and I'm still dealing with this mess. Have contacted several lawyers .

      Worst customer service I have ever had to deal with!! They are withholding 12k from me, all online payments. Every time I call they come up with a different excuse on why they are releasing funds. This has been going back and forth for two months now!! I wish I never paid for this service!!! They dont care about you or your business. STAY AWAY Im going to contact an attorney

      On Friday, August 2, 2024, I scheduled an appointment with ********************* to learn more info. about Quickbooks online. On Saturday, I received a text to confirm the appointment. I conformed the appointment by text with a capital letter C. On Sunday, I received another text to confirm my appointment and the text stated that I need to confirm because the system never received my response. At the time, I suspected historical gaslighting because I am a political target, unfortunately and you would not believe how many private roads lead to public ****, figuratively. Know that Intuit, Quickbooks, and Quicken are in cahoots with the deep state, unfortunately. To continue, I received an email from **** on Saturday asking me to confirm my appointment, never mentioning the text - and mind you - this is all automated and functional. Nevertheless, he asked me to confirm. Because I suspected gaslighting and had already confirmed twice, I did not respond. I also did not respond when I received yet another email on Sunday, threatening to cancel my appointment if I did not reply on the one hand, but then sending a mixed message on the other and stating that my appointment was still good. It was the typical, political giving of two mixed messages to create cognitive dissonance and wreak confusion upon the victim - deeply sinister stuff.So, I called Quicken / Intuit and also told **********'d file a complaint. Here we are. Be forewarned. Both this company and PayPal are deep state to the Nth degree.Peace, and be safe out there. America is no longer free - be warned.

      I have tried cancelling quickbook self employed online and conveniently for them, the feature to cancel doesn't work. I have tried 4 diffferent days over the course of two weeks. I have to call during their business hours and go through several transfers and time wasted to simply cancel my membership, something that should be so simple to do. Hate this, well deserved 1 star for that.

      I thought they were pretty decent compnay until they started to phase out Quickbooks desktop to all QB online. They are like drug dealers - they lure you in with discounted pricing and then they start making abrupt increases each year. But since you used it for a few years, you have no choice to change since it's way too much work to export and reestablish your accounting all over again.
