      Horrible. STAY AWAY from Intuit, Quickbooks, Turbotax, or any other company connected with Intuit OR ********************** Intuit/Quickbooks is partnered with ***************** for merchant services, and we decided to try it. We REGRET this, as our business bank acct was compromised, and when our bank blocked a large unauthorized withdrawal (GO2), GreenDot and Intuit/Quickbooks shut our account down and would not help us! We called to found out why, and they said it was a "business decision." When we asked for an explanation, they said they did not have to give us any other explanation. So, we continued to call over and over, and slowly get some information, though often contradictory. GreenDot /Intuit/Quickbooks Checking STILL has money (over $2300.00) that belongs to us that they will not release. I just found out (after 40 days of calling and pleading for an answer) that ************* is "investigating" the account. It's funny that in all their investigating, not once have they reached out to us with questions. Everytime we call Intuit/Quickbooks, we are told, "this case is being escalated, and you will receive a call within 48 hours." They do NOT call. We always have to call. We have never experienced anything like this. Intuit/Quickbooks and ************* easily win the WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE award. If you want someone trustworthy to handle your merchant services, DO NOT USE Intuit/Quickbooks or *****************. HIGH RISK!! I would give 0 stars if that were an option!

      I have used Turbo Tax for years. This year I had problems with the software. When trying to Efile I got a message my gross income did not match and efile was not accepted. Even after getting my hard copy of the last year tax return and double checking adjusted gross income I could not get an efile accepted. I had paid $25 Extra for my Alabama state return which required that the federal return be accepted. I wrote intuit and asked for my money back. I did not even get the courtesy of a response. I followed their on screen advice and printed and mailed the tax forms. I have probably got 20 emails since saying I need to correct my errors when their program said everything was correct.. I feel like I am due an apology and at least 25$.

      A tax preparer made a mistake on my tax return causing me to be thousands of dollars in a bind and they refuse to refund me for the live services.

      Absolutely disgusting to work with. Making it impossible to cancel subscriptions. Will not let you delete payment methods. Stay far away!

      To whom it may concern,Better Business Bureau:We have been in business since 2016 also with Intuit the same year. I wanted to bring to your attention some ongoing challenges weve been facing when seeking technical support from Intuit for our business. While most of the representatives are polite, weve noticed that their knowledge level varies significantly. Unfortunately, this has resulted in prolonged wait times and inefficiencies, impacting our valuable time and ultimately affecting our bottom line.We kindly request that Intuit consider providing additional training or support resources to their representatives to ensure a smoother experience for customers like us. As a loyal client, we believe that improving the expertise of their staff would greatly benefit both parties. Thank you for your attention to this matter.       Worst customer service ever, back in February I renewed our Enhanced Payroll license and they charged us $700.00, All of a sudden payroll stop working about 2 weeks ago we called and they advised us to do backups and upgrade to the 2024 software, we did and that didn't fix the problem, after many calls tier 2 said that we have to move to their online platform and had no other choice because we "didn't renew" within their 30 days, according to us we did which is why we paid $700 for, we are bookkeepers which means it'll costs us about $4,400 plus an additional $6 per employee so another $1,000 a year. that's insane, BOOKKEEPERS AND ACCOUNTANTS STAY AWAY unless you're ready to deal with the same thing I'm going through at one point.

      I had a monthly membership with intuit for months and was charged $13.95. All of a sudden my membership was changed by them and I was billed $55 a month. I requested a refund and was told I was outside of the 60 day refund . What 60 day refund? I was charged the wrong price! Ive now cancelled my subscription so for the extra $41 they scammed off me theyve lost a good customer. Be aware this is what a lot of companies are doing.

      I have some privacy concerns regarding this company. I filed my 2023 return with Turbotax and, right before I submitted my return, it asked for my and my spouse's signatures. we signed. but soon I realized that I signed a consent to "Let us use your tax info to improve your experience" but not my return documents. I wanted to revoke my consent, but it is impossible to do it. I tried to find somewhere in their website to revoke, but did not find a place to do so. I called customer service, they said I should email "privacy at intuit.com". I sent out two emails to this address and waited for almost one week, still not reply. I do not want to share my tax return information with the company! This is not a reliable company, and will have some troubles in privacy management in the future.

      I have had Online Payroll for years and it stopped allowing me to make contractor payments 3 weeks ago. I have been on the phone with them for hours several times and they always say the issue is under investigation. I have had multiple support tickets and investigation numbers with no resolution. This problem is preventing me from running my business efficiently. When this company discontinued the use of Quickbooks Desktop, it forced consumers to purchase the Online subscription version and everyone that I know of is having problems with it. I don't believe the developers were ready for the influx of customers. It is very hard for my business to change systems in the middle of a year. I have spent countless hours fixing issues in Quickbooks Online and now this mysteriously happened with my stand-alone payroll program. I am very disgusted with this business and their software. I don't expect to get a solution any time soon because of the inefficiency I have witnessed so far. The support reps seem to know less about the program than the consumer. I have turned off direct deposit for my contractors since it will not let me do it anyway, so I am not charged for each one. I hope this works because I do not want to pay a huge bill for something that is not working at all.
