  They sent my debt to collections with an inaccurate amount, they owe me funds.The numbers they are saying, collections is saying, and support is saying all don't match.I want a call from a manger!!

  I helped my girlfriend file and they secretly charged her almost 400 dollars in service fees. This company has completely sold out. I believe they are in bed with IRS and are scaming as many people as they can. Even when we called them about the charge the lady said there's no way you should of been charged that much. The kicker us we can't get a refund from being over charge they first have to complete the purchase and draw it off her federal. At first there was an issue with them putting the refund in my account because it didn't have her name on the account. OK new rule no problem, but when we called them they had no power in changing the location of deposit or anything, makes you wonder what some people even do there for there job. Second we took a look at the order receipt and seen the over charge and secret charges. They re excuse was you couldn't see your receipt until after your purchase WOW. Unreal stay away from turbo tax intuit. Smh

  THE WORST COMPANY I HAVE EVER DEALT WITH, I SIGNED UP FOR A QUICKBOOKS PAYMENTS ACCOUNT AND STARTED SENDING INVOICES TO MY CLIENTS FOR BETWEEN 100 AND 300 DOLLARS AND THE SECOND PAYMENT WAS HELD, AND THEN SUDDENLY MY FUNDS WERE PLACED ON HOLD, AND I CALLED AND I CALLED AND I CALLED and the constant response is "we cant transfer you to our back office team, were the only ones you can speak with, supervisors are for feedback only if you speak to a supervisor and you need something done they will transfer you back to me" after discussing the confusing fact that we've processed a handful of invoices, and then was mysteriously deactivated, despite the fact that we've given them proof of VERIFIABLE PROOF of our business license, gone through every single identify validation flow that you can imagine or that probably exists they still made a "business decision" to close a legitimate companies processing, we are ONE THOUSAND PERCENT legal, legit, and we have proven it time and time again only for them to make a "business decision" they never once called., nor even EMAILED about what was going on. So I ask the rep when we will get our money and she stated "we dont have a timeline" and THEN STATES "i've seen this last 8 - 12 months" WAIT!!!! WHAT??? I tell her that i'm not interested in allowing intuit to borrow my money or steal it for 8 - 12 months based on a "business decision" that they are too pompous to even release. She states they're holding the three payents out of the 5 total we've accepted to ensure there isn't any chargebacks so I ask her, ok tell me how to refund the payments and she said "even if you process a refund we still wont release it to the client because your accounts on hold, they wont receive the refund for 8 - 12 months either" I AM AT A LOSS FOR WORDS, by REFUNDING A PAYMENT TOTHE CUSTOMER YOU COMPLETELY ELIMINITATE THE POTENTIAL FOR A CHARGEBACK BECAUSE IT WAS REFUNDED, and YOU STILL REFUSE ? SO YOUR STEALING MY MONEY UNDER THE ***** OF SECURITY

  Their product QuickBooks can be a tool for small business. But when a problem occurs their customer service support is terrible. I've be on the support line for a total of 80 hours with no result.If I find a viable alternative I will be transferring my business.

  CONSUMERS STAY AWAY!I switched from TaxAct to Turbo Tax for my 2023 taxes. Turbo Tax advertised better rates, ease of filing etc. 1. What was advertised as '$xx.xx' amount of dollars to file return, gradually increased as the return went on. no "free filing" Ex: extra $60.00 just to file state, as well as other charges. Very expensive to use. Bait and switch. 2. Forced to open a ***************** account to recieve my refund (advance). Advanced was approved, then 2 weeks later, they said they couldnt do an advance (bait and switch again). A few days after opening CreditKarma acct, I was flooded with soliciting calls, mail and email. They sell your info. 3. Recieved notice from IRS, that taxes are in-correct. Currently paying an accountant to sort my taxes out. Accountant states that they are appalled by the level of incompentance by Turbo Tax. Not only was Turbo Tax a waste of time and money, they ended up costing me more money.

  Absolutely horrible. I had filed my taxes with TurboTax and they failed to provide me with the correct information on how to complete the tax return. I asked for a refund and it was denied. Here is the complaint I had sent:I had filed my tax return with the help of an associate but wasnt made aware that I needed to sign the documents & attach W-2s to the ******************************************************* by the *** asking for that additional information. Im very dissatisfied and pretty disappointed with the fact that I waited over a month for my 2022 tax return only for it to not be processed. Id like a refund and to be reimbursed for the cost of overnight shipping (happy to provided a receipt) that was necessary to get my completed 2022 tax form back to the ***

  SBTPG sent my refund back to IRS.*** says they dont have it. Why would TurboTax continue to use SBTPG. This has never happened in 10 years of using TurboTax. I need my $4500.

  Have used Turbo Tax for years, always lies about 'free free free' but this year I was not allowed to finalize my filing without signing on to Credit Karma. Before this, my credit score was steady as good and greater than. Now, it has dropped to 'fair' although nothing has changed in my spending or debt. They dropped my credit score 20 points because one credit card had a $30 purchase. There is no reference to timely payments of electric, phone, cable/streaming, insurance of any sort, rent. Any given person's credit score gets dropped, go on to their site and there is nothing more than their mechanism to 'take out one of their personal loans' or 'buy this or that insurance they sponsor'. I fully understand why Intuit is not a BBB accredited company.

  Attention families if you want to get your child tax credit online e-file for free Don't Use TurboTax, Tax act or any online software they are bogus! You won't get your funds, or they will tell you don't qualify. Better off going to real tax preparation place (H&R block, etc. even though there's a fee its better than amending your taxes while you're waiting two centuries and everyone else has already received their taxes. Literally, tax season is Over and I'm still waiting!
