      I have used Turbo tax in the past and had no problems. This year has been the worst experience ever!!!. I havent received my federal taxes back period. I also cant find anybody to complain to. I would say there is a scam going on with this company this year and Ill never use them again. But I still would like to get my 802$ back!

      This company advertised to file taxes for free and end up charging customers later for use of their products. Never use turbo tax powered by intuit

      The overseas customer service has been inadequate, displaying a significant lack of knowledge. Furthermore, their inability to resolve technical issues has led to the loss of financial documents for customers, including myself. Despite numerous complaints lodged against the company for similar issues, there appears to be an unwillingness to address and resolve these matters. This ongoing situation has resulted in financial losses for customers. It may be time to consider legal action and prompt an investigation by government authorities into the company's practices.

      I can't not believe that this company can continue to do a legit business. I have been trying to get a live person to call me about my Federal Return that I haven't received. Intuit charged me ****** for using them to filing my taxes for 2023 which was more than double from the previous year. I complained about the charges in a live chat but got no where. I have a simple return with no extra complicated filings. Two weeks after completing my taxes, I received a refund on the $****** from Intuit on April 17, 2023. However I have not received my Federal return of $594.00. When I check on my refund status it just tells me that there was a direct deposit to my checking account on April *******. But that was the refund from Intuit of $****** So I try and try to talk to a live person about this issue and to no avail. This is horrible customer service at a high fee. I will never recommend this company to anyone. Your AI set up is ridiculous. I get nowhere with that situation.*******************************

      QUICKBOOKS ONLINE IS NOW FULL OF BUGS AND THERE IS NO KNOWLEDGE IN THE CUSTOMER SUPPORT - spent literally 15 hours today but not only they are not able to help , they are now unreliable and unprofessional . they tried to expand but now they are not able to manage and fix the continuous changes they keep doing , aiming at selling even more products - NOW JUST A WASTE OF TIME , QUICKBOOKS ONLINE IS NO LONGER AN INSTRUMENT TO HELP their CUSTOMER work

      I filed taxes on the free turbo tax website. Its a scam and youd be better off doing your taxes yourself. I approved the payment to turbo tax thinking I was paying a small fee to turbo tax and the rest to the government. Turbo tax online forces you to pay fees because you cant get back to the document because its constantly wanting you to upgrade. I tried so hard not to upgrade but I guess it did when I finally got back to the document. I ended up paying more taxes than I should have because we dont make much and I paid over $400 to intuit which included my taxes.

      I was charged for preparation even though I didnt file with them. 200$This year I was looking into their services to file my taxes under the impression that it was free as advertised. I did not complete my filing with them, merely attached my documents. When I reached the end they asked for payment. I had a chat with a family member before I completed the filing and changed my mind. However the process was already in motion and pending. The company was unable to ***** a refund because I prepared my taxes with them. I was under the understanding that I paid at the end to file. I was not under the assumption that I would have to pay to prepare the file. The payment went through so I spoke with a representative that assured me if I didnt file my taxes the payment would fall off. But they could not ***** me a refund because they thought I would come back to file and then told me I paid for the preparation. They were not upfront with this information. Not happy with the outcome.

      attempted to file on free intuit turbo tax. the website states "i am not eligible" for free service and reroutes me to intuit turbo tax deluxe. after manually entering my tax information, intuit turbo tax deluxe charges me several hundred dollars. the site gives a notification saying my return has been accepted, receive by mail or file electronically. in the past on this website that means that's how i get my tax return from the irs, now it means to print and send by mail, or that's what i was told by customer support. there are no instructions on how to do this, the language is clearly used to confuse the person filing. i feel like this business is preventing me from filing my taxes, and this is not the first year i have felt this way. if i am being blocked from filing taxes by this company, then i have not violated any laws, and i hope no one is using my information to file under my name illegally, considering i have two other accounts ****************** will not give me access to, linked to a phone number that was reported stolen two years ago. also, upon calling for customer support, an agent remote accessed my phone without permission, and i had to tell this person four times to stop remotely accessing my personal phone. is this company using deceptive language and online platforms to gain access to a persons private information and accounts? and if so, who does it benefit? i believe this company is no longer safe for people to use.

      I filed 2023s taxes on turbotax.com paid for all the services no problem. I had to file the previous year for 2022. They sold me the software knowing that you cant electronically file but then proceeded to take my $86.40, then told me that I downloaded the software so theres nothing that they can do about it. I am filing a dispute with my bank. I got my $86.40 back but now they are keeping my federal tax return of $295 . This is going to be a Because they kept my IRS refund.

      Zero stars. . Their sales tactics are the shadiest I've ever seen in my life. How they're not getting sued eludes me. We explained to them that we use quickbooks pro and need custom restrictions on users. They assured us that not only is it cheaper, but we'll get all that and more if we pay 500 for the first year of their qb online software. Instead they gave us what is a stripped down version of their most basic plan and want us to pay 2800+ for their "Advanced" version for a year or pay 3000 or more for one year of their Pro software.The interface is horrible. There are a lot of menus with no substance. Useful features are kept from users behind their 3000 software. Disgusting.
