  I filed my taxes through TurboTax automatically approved for advance refund was supposed to get over $3,000 and now it was lowered to $998 and I still see nothing it was deposited on the 1st of March nobody knows where any of money went or knows where any money is I feel completely cheated ridiculous even if there was no debts no offsets no notices that's a lot of money I could really have used

  So went on turbo tax to file my taxes... Said i would receive my refund via direct deposit into my bank account said to get your refund faster by up to 3 day when setting up a free credit karma account. Little did I know they sent my refund to f****** Credit Karma! I Looked every week for a deposit in my bank account that was supposed to be on feb 15 since i did my taxes on the 27th. But nothing came so finally went to the *** website went on set up an account password ect.. They couldn't tell me where my refund was on where is my refund tool.. Finally i found a way after several attempts to get a live person on the phone. They told me that after an hour with being on hold that the routing number and bank account number was not even close.. I should call my bank is what they said at first then i did bank said to call turbo tax called them figured out they sent it to the free credit karma account that i has set up i just DL the f****** app to get my return 3 days early I didn't want my money to go to them but i guess that was in the "fine print" it was not disclosed like it should have been or else i would have not DL that APP so now march **** 7-8 weeks 50days after filing which should have been 18days im just now figuring out what happened to my money. So i called Credit karma and thats another password and account i had to set up. Talked to someone on the on the phone told me this is how your transfer then oh you need your bank account log in info so then had to reset up that password and ID finally got in said i could only transfer **** at a time. Then called back Credit karma said oh you have to call the bank to increase your transfer limit. Called the bank they said there is a 25k transfer limit ***** would not be a problem thats on credit karmas end so 3rd time i called them back and finally let them have it told them that they need to give me my full amount this is ridiculous they said they cant increase my **** dollar limt so they will send me a paper check

  Poor business practice. If you cancel subscription they still charge you and say you didnt cancel both parts of the subscription. They do not alert you to the second mystery portion until you call to dispute the additional charges.

  Turbo Tax software correctly efiled Federal taxes and then subsequently failed in its calculation of taxes for *******************************************. Turbo tax failed to declare a deduction even though it was checked correctly in the software (should have been $1600 standard deduction). Then, it failed in simple multiplication in calculating the county tax. After turbo tax review, it said everything was fine and efiled taxes to ******** requesting a refund when actually taxes were due. There is no way to contact the company to report the error without paying for phone support. There is no way to enter a chat. There is no way to email a complaint. They post reviews on their site with nearly five starts but there is no way to post a review even if you are a paying customer.

  TurboTax charged me an erroneous $250 for their expert help which was NOT used. The secreatary for the company president sent me an email telling me she would refund my money in 6 weeks, We are talking about last years return. I still don't have the refund after saying the complaint was fixed. Does that show how this company really works?

  No customer service. I just needed the word rollover on the Ira **** and I have lost 6 hours with no help. The e mail account they have on file for me is 15 years old. Yet every year I file through there system. I have tried to change the email and I have had to jump through so many hoops I'm frustrated. No Help at all. I tried attaching photos, uploading photos. But then I have to get a Dropbox account to do this??? I'm not techy, maybe the techy jerk should try getting in touch with there robots. I bought a cd but there attitude is you have to be charged??? I'm in putting all this and just need a tech person to add something into there own system. Come on. Help

  Filing with Turbotax has been nothing but a nightmare. Firstly their web service never prompted for me to add my spouse's w-2. Then after submitting my taxes, them getting accepted, I then realized I hadn't gone back to find a way to add it after the fact. I then reached out to their customer service who attempted to help me but we reached no resolution. They insisted that since the return was already accepted I would need to wait for my return to come back before I could file an amendment, then the next person I spoke to told me I needed to wait three days. Both tried to direct me to options on their website which were not there, with exception to one which showed up as we were talking about it. One of the people I was speaking with went so far as to question my ability to read the screen in front of me! I asked repeatedly to talk to someone who could actually help me and referenced the fact that I had purchased their live coverage to ensure a *** would review it but was not given the direction. I was eventually transferred to a manager. During that conversation I requested a refund for the amount being deducted from my taxes and she said she would send me a link to request one, but I never received it. I waited for my tax return and then went to amend my taxes. When amending them I discovered I would be needing to return almost my entire tax refund, an error that could have been avoided by getting my spouse's w-2 in correctly the first time. Once more I reached out to their customer service and after going back and forth with the rep for almost an hour, during which time she called me the wrong name twice, once more directed me to options on the website that did not exist, and finally transferred me to a ***. The *** helped to explain some things, however little sense they made mathematically, and ended our interaction by saying I am "free to use another tax preparer", and "it is what it is". If I could give them 0 stars I would.

  Paid $55 for the program, after ALL the untold hidden expenses. Putting in ALL the ************ charged MORE than a private CPA would had. Big BAIT & SWITCH,. No mention of all the hidden expenses on the box! I waited 44-min to be given a email.tpg-cssupport@greendotcorp Do not use TurboTax it is a bait & switch on cost until committed. Cost me more than triple the $55 buying price for a standard unitemized fed & state returns.Joke of a company.

  Technical error in their system that couldn't process my taxes. I called customer service and they couldn't fix the issue. I requested and refund and they declined the refund.

  I just completed my Federal taxes with TurboTax and was somehow charged an additional $39 for State Tax returns. I live in ******* so filing state taxes is unnecessary for me. TurboTax customer service says that once your credit card is charged it's non refundable. They claim that a single paywall pops up to prevent such a mistake. However, there were at least 3 paywalls that popped up and the last one would not allow me to remove any unnecessary charges/services. I've used TurboTax last year and this didn't happen to me then. I wish they would do the right thing and either refund the fee or credit me for next years filing. At this time it doesn't seem like anyone is willing to help me. I'm very disappointed and considering a different company next year.
