      Tricks you into a non-existent free version of filing. Charges you twice, once for federal and once for state. Not transparent, absolutely ridiculous. I am certainly attempting to get a refund for this c***

      Beware of Turbotax, when you are getting ready to finalize your return! I selected the "Deluxe" version for $49 and they tried to charge me for "TurboTax Live Assisted Premier" for $164! When I called to complain I was told that I could do the ENTIRE thing again and select Deluxe (which is what I did in the first place). Wish I could give them LESS than one star!

      I decided to use TurboTax online this year rather than purchasing the download. After many hours of data entry, I get a message that I need to upgrade to Premier for $89. I checked the price of a software download and it was $20-30 less. Today, I went to resume filing my taxes and the price to upgrade has jumped to $119! I spoke with a customer service rep and he agreed it is less expensive to download the product and go that route rather than purchasing from Intuit direct. That is a terrible customer service platform. Buy from retailers for less money than direct? I'm done with TurboTax. Hello H&R Block.

      Awful product. Was great a decade ago. Its hard to get the basic and free filing does not exist as it is advertised. The default is premium which is an opportunity to pad their pockets.Id like to see them go under. Such a rip off!!!

      Intuit/TurboTax continues to use deceptive and fraudulent practices. Their pretend customer "support" is trained to delay, stonewall and lie to you in order to cause you to give up on seeking a justified resolution. My son's tax return qualifies for free filing. But TurboTax forced both a Federal and State charge. When I declined to continue with the service, Turbo Tax charged my credit card anyway. I did not print or file a return. They will not refund his money. I strongly recommend avoiding this company at all costs.

      We made our worst decision ever to switch Quickbooks Desktop to Quickbooks online. With Quickbooks online, you could not make any mistakes on your payroll. If you did, prepare to spend 10+ hours trying to get it fixed correctly. The person who works on the case email you broken links for file exchange, and threatens if not upload case will be closed within 24 hours. And, when you email them back, it is like emailing a black hole. No direct phone call to the person working on the case, instead you talking to random person who just take a note and ask you to wait. It is ridicules dealing with the mess that one miss input in your payroll. And, they send out W2 before the correction is done. Now, no employee can file the taxes for 2022.

      I was charged for filing though I hadnt filed. I hesitated to file after the fifth expert gave me different advice on my question regarding a real estate rental. When I realized that the advice they gave would be fraud, I didnt file. I want to take my money to an actual tax expert, so I need my refund.

      I have been trying to get my form **** from my documents page and it is not listed. I called an agent and we worked for an hour trying to get my access code so she could use my computer and take a look.The access code that should be six digits kept coming up five digits. Her computer could not load my information.I have spent hours trying to use TurboTax for my first time and it has been nothing but a pain in the *** Your software is terrible. It's unstable and it doesn't work. I will never ever use TurboTax again.what a terrible experience I have had. Not worth the money.Over a week to do my taxes and I was required to do an upgrade to Premier which I feel should've been included in my first choice of service. This has been the worst *********** that I have ever been to in my 50 years of tax prep.
