    zero customer service. 5 day trial? well try and cancel...they do not answer the phone and they do not call you back. i went to my account and cancelled it. the cancel process is designed to frustrate you so you will give up.. 1 do you want to cancel.. 2 Do you really want to cancel... 3. Do you really really want to cancel... each additional question resulted in page transfers to additional confuse and make it difficult to cancel. even when i used the service. i put images of a well known person.. and it could not match it up. i submitted images of me as well and it could not even match me up. please save your money ..

    I am happy/sad at the same time. I used a photo of someone that I’ve been chatting with for quite a while now and the two photos pulled up two different out of country dating sites totally different names. I am so grateful for this that it helped me before I got into deep now I know that if this ever happens again which I hope it doesn’t, I can come here and get great results in less than an hour.
