    Erin was so nice and helpful. She didn’t make anything complicated at all.
    Thank you for providing this service. I was very suspicious since the beginning but when he sent a picture of his “uncle” I knew I had to investigate bc no one takes a pic of someone in landscape mode and the picture looked like it came from online. It was very sudden and last minute but thank you for operating and helping people like me from being scammed.

    I had to use the site's chat support today. I spoke to a customer service rep by the name of Abraham. As far as customer service goes I was pretty impressed with him. Sometimes it is hard to tell or know if you are speaking to an actual human or a bot or a human with standard-ready responses. But Abraham was not only determined to figure out my issue but very personable too. He was engaged and working on the issue/task at hand. It is rare to have such service from any online rep but Abraham was the exception! So Thank You for him! I surely wasn't expecting an unscripted person on the other end that is for sure. Glad to see they do exist and this guy deserves a raise! 10 out of 10!
