    Thank you Rej for your patience, help, and listening ear!! I especially appreciate you helping me to navigate finding all the pictures that were involved. It was a devastating experience, thinking this was real. I had not heard of the term romance scammer before this, and to think it is prevalent on words with friends. I am definitely turning this over to the *** as the innocent people whose pictures are stolen have no idea. My husband died two years ago this coming December 9, so I was the perfect target!!

    I contacted social catfish to confirm or deny that a contact of mine on social media was legitimate or a scammer. After failed attempts on my own using the catfish platform to ****** the knowledge I needed, a customer service representative conducted a search for me and came up with the information I was looking for. I am so thankful to ********************* for going the extra mile and voluntarily helping me. I only wish I had come across social catfish sooner than I did but am super grateful I found it no later. Indeed this person had stolen another man's photos and was impersonating him. A further conversation with customer rep *********************** helped me process what to do next, how to report, and block social media accounts and make a report to the *** crime line. She was very comforting, reassuring and a pleasure to speak with. She really took her time to connect and listen to my story. A big thank you to the wonderfully helpful staff at Social catfish !!!!

    The search services offered by social catfish is extremely commendable. I was befriended by an unknown person who was following me around, I became very skeptical about my safety & extremely frightened to step out of the house. I googled the name search sites & landed up on Social Catfish, the trial period price was reasonable, and I got the information I needed within 10 minutes of registering for the trial period. I was so relieved that such mechanisms are available at the fingertips. The customer service representative Ms. **** was very helpful in resolving my concerns and she was very empathetic towards my situation & gave me the best possible solution. I appreciate the entire Social Catfish team for the good work you are doing & I would recommend it to my *****************
