    Okay- I just wanted to say that I had an incredible experience with the customer service person that actually cared and helped me with my complaint I had with Social Catfish. The issue I had was absolutely my fault because I didn't "check the right box" when I wanted to search for something/someone. The big part of me giving them 4 stars was because it was the person I spoke with. I was explained to the last part of the description of what I did wrong, I basically got *************** which helps me in the end to make sure I do the right research and pick the best way to search for the thing I'm looking for. I was also awarded 3 attempts to do it specifically the way it should be. Thanks again for all your help!

    Tbh I was not very happy with this website until I spoke to customer service, I got ****, Who was wonderfully helpful, and she gave me tips on how to navigate a tough situation per my reason for using the social catfish website to begin with, i didnt know that the photo I was searching had to be much more cropped, etcand she was nice enough to let me talk her ear off about getting back into the dating world after 7 years of being chronically single. What a great experience, and she was sure to remain very professional even when I was less than so, lol. Thanks, ****!

    The customer services was exceptional. The best I've ever had experienced. I had a question about my cancelation and refund, and their support team member *** responded promptly and professionally. Overall, my experience with REJ was outstanding. Rating 10 ??
