I have been hesitating to write this review, but potential clients need to know. **** is extremely talented but needs to stop making promises he cannot keep. I had him do thousands of dollars of work in our home and lined him up to do my mom's entire backyard concrete and landscaping on her new home. He wasted five weeks of my mom's time, promising to show up and then not doing so. Being very happy with what he did at our place, I urged her to be patient and told her we also played the waiting game with **** in the beginning. After he finally arrived once to get my mom a quote, he then led her on again and again about a start date. My mom waited another few weeks and finally went with someone else. ****'s talent is amazing when it comes to brick work and concrete, but he needs to learn how to handle his business affairs and how he treats people. I paid to have our fireplace and mantle concrete work sealed and it never happened. He said he forgot because it's supposed to be done 30 days after it cures. He never came back to do it. When the mantle and fireplace started getting small cracks, then large cracks, I sent **** pictures and begged him to come fix them for three weeks. He did show up to fix the cracks and re-stain the fireplace, but it took constant calling and texting every 4-5 days to beg him, which we should not have had to do. When a rotten pumpkin stained the mantle, he told us to wash it with dish soap. That did not work, so I offered to pay him to fix the stain and another crack. **** insisted that he would "take care of me" and he would "stop by on his way home, amigo". That went on for seven weeks and it then turned into rejected calls and texts. Then ****'s wife started texting me and saying things like, "now I know why **** was so annoyed by you guys". **** needs to learn how to say no and handle his business and not hide behind his wife's texts. It is sad to see such talent wasted by horrible business practices and a rude, careless attitude.
