    I got suckered in with a $59.00 estimate fee. Not a problem but when the tech got there to the house he said he would need to charge $269 for the estimate since it was behind ceiling drywall in the garage and he could not see where exactly the leak originated but that the $269 would be rolled into the cost of the final repair. I agreed, a few minutes later, he called back with a $945.85 estimate to put a coupler where there was a pinhole leak in the copper tubing. By this time it was late in the day (too late to get another estimate) being under pressure I reluctantly agreed but knowing I had been had. The entire time from arrival to finish was about and hour and ****************************************************** explanation of the charge and the tech's only response was that they were a "five star company". I would NEVER use these guys again.

However, when work is approved such as in your case, this fee is waived. Following this, we provided and received approval for an estimate for repair. Its important to clarify that our technicians don't set their own pricing; they follow a standardized price book developed by our management team, ensuring fair and transparent pricing updated regularly to reflect economic changes. We want to assure you that we're not an hourly-based company; our pricing model is based on a breakdown of 40% for labor and material, 40% for overall business overhead, and 20% for net profit.     WOW WOW WOW!!!! Is all I have to say!!!! This company knows how to take care of its customers. I work in the service field and I can tell you BIG B's is a world class organization. Let me explain why. On a Friday evening I got home and realized my hot water tank was leaking and I was getting no hot water out of tap. So I got on the Internet and contacted BIG B's plumbing at 5 min until they closed. They dispatched a tech, Eliah, their customer service reps and communication are world class. Eliah was at my house by 7pm where he quickly got to work diagnosed the problem that my water heater was a goner after 17 years. Eliah quickly worked a quote up which I signed and promised to return next morning to complete the job. I am absolutely impressed Eliah showed back up this morning and is working on getting my water heater replaced! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY AS THEY ARE TRUELY WORLD CLASS! THANK YOU BIG B's Plumbing and your employees for making this a quick,wonderful experience. Will definitely be using them again!!!!!!

    My Murrieta home Thermal Expansion Tank was leaking so I called Big B's Plumbing which I have never used before.
    I did not "Research" Plumbing companies before selection.
    BIG MISTAKE!!! THESE ARE THE FACTS:
    ********** Thermal Expansion Tank $65.61
    Dielectric Union $14.00 (Not needed - goes between tank and water pipe)
    Labor less than 1 hour $541.61
    Total Cost: $621.22
    *Very Easy install with Instructions that come with Tank.
    Service tech validated Labor charge saying "Charge" is split between Big B's Plumbing and himself.
    Also, there's an inspection fee of $60 if service is not rendered.

    This in hopes that what happened to me, won't happen to you. Do not hire Big B Plumbing if you have a pipe leak! I still can't believe the very poor workmanship of their employee's??. They were hired to put new pipes in under my mobile as the hot water pipe had leaked causing flooding under my home, old galvanized pipes. They were replacing my bathroom pipes as well under my sink, putting a new shower head & faucet, putting in a tankless gas water heater that was going to attach to the wall. I was told that after everything was done, a man would come & inspect everything to make sure was done correctly. Never happened!! After they left, I headed for the bathroom. Yikes! my eyes couldn't believe how they left my bathroom, everything they took out from under my sink, was thrown on the counter, even my shelf paper, all wadded up! Unacceptable. Both bathrooms, after looking. It was hard for me putting it all back, being disabled in a wheel chair. I needed to take my long over due shower. it was a modern faucet, with only one handle. The shower head was way up at the top, as if I were the jolly green giant ?? I tried as hard as I could to move the handle from cold water to hot. no hot, took a cold shower Brr! I called the office, told the nice lady what all took place in the installation that the Tech was over seeing the work. I even bought the workers Pizza for lunch & had it delivered. She said that she would reach out to the tech to speak to them. I had to call my neighbor to show me how my shower faucet works. He & his wife are always eager to help me. It turns counter clockwise Duh me! After he tells me, the tech text me & explained how it works. Should have done that when he was here. I'm praying that they didn't disturb the air conditioning ducts. my neighbor was real upset at the mess they made of everything. to think they have an A+ rating.
    Just beware of this company folks. Companies take advantage of disabled widowed seniors with no man in the home

    I want to start off by thanking you Ms. ****** for taking the time to speak with me. The Management staff at Big B's are sickened about your experience with our Company. Repipe procedures are extremley intrusive procedures, and we do the best we can to help minimize the pain. In your case we failed. We have a planned process from start to finish throught the project. I did some investigation and have come to relize one of our staff members did not follow through. We do have a project Manager who follows up with these projects to be sure our clients DO NOT have the experience you encountered. We as a team work very hard to maintain a 5 star rating, and to provide a 5 star experience for all of our clients. The young lady in our CSR department did reach out to our project Manager with all of your concerns which she has documented in our system. Your Technician Jesse has documintation that he reached out as well. Please beleive me when I say That our Big B's Team would NEVER EVER take advantage of the edlerly and disabled individuals. This entire negitive experience was do to one team members poor work ethics. This matter has been addressed by our upper Management staff.
    Thank you for choosing Big B's for your project, and please, don't give up on us, we are better than that.
