    I have been a patient at Clinicas del Camino Real for years, and I want everyone to know how awful they treat certain patients. They do NOT put patient care first. They put themselves first. They FORCE you to go to their Urgent Care and wait for hours to see a Physician's Assistant, not a Doctor. Then when you dispute them, they shame you. The cultural divide is wide within Clinicas del Camino Real. It is unfortunate that my family has been ostracized from getting any real help. MANY people need help and shouldn't be treated this way. Help is help, there is no race! The unjust and unfair treatment and unprofessionalism I have experienced at Clinicas del Camino Real, specifically by Lisette Rodriguez at the Urgent Care in Oxnard, and the medical records staff at the Wells office in Ventura, have made me switch to another primary care provider. I suggest you do the same.

    Love Dr C******, nurse's & front desk are amazing and very helpful & knowledgeable. I wouldn’t trade them for anything. ??
