      Horrible! I ordered a veggie quesadilla for delivery. It came with no cheese and my sides were missing. You can never speak with a human only virtual Pepper. Chipotle has gone downhill. Never again.

      It is very upsetting that I continuously go to this location, due to it being conveniently located near home, for this location to ALWAYS be out of items. It seems they are always out of the sauted vegetables. Today specifically was the most upsetting. Its only 7:15p, the location doesnt close until 11p, and they are out of vegetables for the night. I asked the front line crew member if they were preparing more vegetables for the night, and was told no, we are out for the night, as he placed an empty container in the spot. Ive never been to an establishment that purposely does not replace highly recommend items, when theres 4 hours left until closing. At least 3 of my last visits have been met with this same response/outcome. It is such an inconvenience to travel to this location only to not be able to order my meal the way I intend to, because they are out of this or out of that.Then to put the icing on the cake. Youre not even able to contact the store to express your concerns with a member of management/leadership. Youre prompted by an automated system that gets you no where.

      Order online and at least twice charged for chips and guac when NO chips in store. No refund available. Only option is a credit for items, They charge you and no refund policy for items not available even though you can order. What a rip off.

      I when to two different location tonight and none of them had white rice, one of the stored close at 11pm and the other closes at 10 pm.The location on ******* Ave was my first stop, at 8:30 pm I was told there was no white rice, this store closes at 11pm.We proceed to be go to another location on *********************************************************** and this location closes at 10pm, they did not have no white rice and mo cheese, the beans were super dry, no chips and no Ice?????? no kind of empathy not even an Im sorry we dont have anymore. So super disappointed.Note:If you have tan out of food a least put up a sign ??.

      Order everytime and something's always missing or the item is just horribly put together. Ordered a bowl and my beans weren't drained, my bowl was like bean soup with cheese and lettuce.

      the location in ********* ************* gets my order wrong quite literally 70% of the time. Six times in a row, I've ordered a drink with my order, whether it be through uber eats, door dash, their app directly, and SIX times in a row, no drink comes with my order. Now they do refund you pretty easily for the missed item but it doesn't change the fact that the preset tip you've already been charged for is based off a percentage of the order with the drink being included in the total. This is totally illegal/backwards. You should being tipped a percentage of what you actually received. This has to be going on all over the country and has to be happening so regularly that it needs to be addressed.

The preset tip amount can be changed by the customer before submitting the order. On 1/3/23 I escalated the guest's case to the ******** Incident team.

      The Chipotle in *********, ** basically messes up my order every time I decide to give it another try. Tonight I am going to the ** ******** was put into my bowl. I specifically ordered a vegan bowl. Im allergic to dairy very badly! This restaurant seriously doesnt care about an order being right or missing items. Im not ever going back here and Im going to get ahold of the main manager for the is **** ** bill. Im furious. No stars here at all.

      Placed an order, waited forty minutes with no update other than the order being completed. Suddenly the order is claimed to be stolen, a claim made by employees. I already wasted 40 minutes waiting, didn't want to waste more. Just want a refund, can't reach customer service through chat, the numbers given to me by employees don't connect, one of then is a ********** resident privacy number, does me absolutely no good.

      Chipotle needs to seriously restructure their employment strategy. Both locations in *********, ** are regularly closed during posted business hours, but the app wont alert that the store is closed. So you pay for an order, drive to the store, just to find a handwritten sign that either says theyre closed for the day or opening later and to call for a refundThis is borderline fraud!
