      This place is so disgusting the counter tops are never cleaned, they always running out of items, they put 2 drops of food on your meal, off the clock employee called herself arguing back and forth and cursing me out because I was having a personal conversation with my son in line while ordering food

      i was dissapointed today as my wife and i decided to eat here for the first time.we were hungry and said why not the food was good but the service was not the a/c was broken and i do not know how you can vharge me 32 dollars for a burrito all add ons extra i asked for a spoonful of meat more 7.50 cents the mexican restaurant charges that for their burritos and they r better and just as big.needless to say i will never go back or recomend it to anyone good mexican food is about low price with great value not the other way around.first and last time customer ****** ***** *** ******

      This location has definitely fell off. As talked about, portions are not adequate compared to price, workers show favoritism to patrons they know when serving portions. Also this location runs out of everything around 6pm but yet charge the same price and will not add more of other choices to supplement for not having items. This location needs to appropriately measure out portions so they can fulfill orders until closing.

      Their customer support did nothing to help resolve an issue with an order I brought where the brown rice was so under cooked it was hard to eat, and I did the order to go so would of had to drive miles back to the store to return it. Wont be purchasing any more food for them because of the lousy customer support

      **Review for Chipotle - ****************************************************************************I wish I could say Im surprised, but here we go again. I had sworn off Chipotle a couple of years ago after repeatedly finding meat in what was supposed to be a *vegan* burrito. Yes, you read that right meat in a vegan burrito. It happened so often that I just couldn't trust this place anymore and stopped eating here entirely. Fast forward to today, I was in a pinch and needed something quick to eat. Reluctantly, I decided to give them another shot, thinking maybe, just maybe, they had cleaned up their act. Big mistake.The same thing happened again meat in my vegan burrito. After 30 years of avoiding meat, Im utterly disgusted. Its appalling how the servers here sling food around with complete disregard, mixing meats with veggies and beans like its no big deal. Its like they dont care or understand the importance of keeping things separate. How hard is it to keep meat out of the vegan burrito? Apparently, very hard at this location.To make matters worse, when I tried to call the store to express my frustration, I couldnt get a hold of anyone. Not that Im surprised. I was told to scan my receipt for a refund, but of course, I didnt have one because the cashier asked if I needed it, and I opted to save paper. Well, ****** learned. Im incredibly disappointed, and after this experience, I wont be making the mistake of giving Chipotle another chance. If you value your dietary choices, avoid this location at all costs.

      Its discriminatory to only serve the quesadilla via an online app. I walked into th store and was not able to order it - fortunately I have a smart phone but for those that do not, its a horrible practice.

      08/16/2024 7:57pm I arrived at the Chipotle restaurant in ****************, ********* before 8:00 PM and the restaurant looked closed because the chairs were removed from all of the tables and the chairs were stacked blocking the entry to the tables. The Internet and the manager stated the restaurant closed at 11 PM. When I asked if the restaurant was closing early because the inside dining area was not accessible and the tables had no chairs and the chairs were stacked, I was told by the Manager that is the inside seating was closed because at this hr business is very slow and they need to clean now because the only employee that cleans is a minor. Therefore he needs to leave by 10 PM. Well, the restaurant was a very busy. I sat at a table, set up by the manager and waited for my friends to join me before I ********** two friends came and the manager came to our table and asked us if we planned on eating because she was told that we were sitting at the table and not eating. She wanted to know if we were patrons if not We were not eating we were not permitted to stay. My friends left and I ordered but by the time I got back to my table, another family was sitting there! Horrible, horrible customer service.. When is it ever acceptable to treat customers like their homeless Or was she just being racist? I complained and was offered a free drink!

      honestly terrible. employees have disgusting attitudes, and when placing online orders they replace what you wanted with whatever they have when something is out of stock. they need people with experience and manners at restaurants. not negative, half raised teenagers.
