    Hello, I purchased a 10 pack at Radiant Hot Yoga session. And even topped up $60 as the price increased to keep my 10 pack. I have emailed the owner and placed several calls to the business around my dissatisfaction with this yoga studio. The classes are too impacted and just not my cup of tea, in term of how they conduct their business. I have ask the business to refund the remaining 9- unused classes, $324 ($360 for the a 10 pack). They are unwilling to refund me and the owner refusing to respond to my email or call me

    Thank you for reaching out to us regarding your recent complaint filed with the Better Business Bureau.

    We understand your concern about the 10-class card you purchased in November 2023. However, we must adhere to our established policies, which are clearly stated on the receipt, our website, and within our studio at the time of purchase. These policies include:

    1.No Refunds Policy: As stated on your receipt and on our website, all purchases are final and non-refundable.
    2.Expiration Date: The 10-class card you purchased comes with a three-month validity period from the date of purchase. Unfortunately, this means your card expired in February 2024.

    Given that we are now in August 2024, your card has been expired for several months, and thus, is no longer eligible for use or refund.

    We regret any inconvenience this may cause and appreciate your understanding of our policies. Should you have any further questions or concerns, please feel free to reach out to us directly. We value your patronage and hope to have the opportunity to serve you again in the future.

    Totally unreason but use the classes within 3-months. I would like a copy of the contract.
