    On Oct I had a 1955 ***** classic car shipped in from ****** when it got here it had extensive damage the hood ad ripped off and pushed the roof in on a perfect car.The drive stated it was windy but it was no big deal.His negligence he had stopped and went back and picked up the hood and strapped it down.I said that is what insurance is for and he said he didn't have ****** I called the police and everything was recorded and ************* then called his company and the police talked to the guy in charge and said that they would take care of it through insurance.I got a body shop to look at the car and I have a quote of just under 10k for the repairs. The company is now saying it wasn't their fault that it was windy and not their responsibility .And there was nothing they can do.This is unacceptable I paid them good money and they ruined my car.I got there recommendation for a broker.I tried calling them so we could work something out and they keep blowing me off this isn't right. Please help me get my car repaired the way it was when they picked it up.I did not want to pay the driver because he lied to me.And **** from his company said that if I payed them that insurance would pay for all the damages so I took him on his word.And now he says there is nothing they can do that is wasn't their responsibility.I am sick over this.Icam sending quote of the tepairs and photos it is hard to see some of the damage in photos but very easy to see in person.

    I E-signed a contract with safe auto transport and they were supposed to pick up my car. Then they demanded more money. So I agreed. And paid more. Then the drivers truck broke down and they are in the shop trying to get it fixed . They are liars money hungry leeches I sent them pictures of my DL. They printed up a quote and I signed and agreed to everything. My car has still yet to be picked up. I called their office and they dont know anything and I believe they are all scams. Please help and take this company down I have screenshots of everything, confirmation dates of car scheduled to be picked up , quotes , contracts signed, lies of truck being broke down, ets you name it I have all the proof ************ please reach out to me if you need proof. ***************************** is my name.

    This is **** ( General Manager ) with Safe Auto Transport ****** the company you gave a negative rating ). Let me start by letting you know that we are sorry about your experience but we are not the company that you are complaining about or caused this issues. I have seen that you added documentation about Neptune Transport ( they are the broker you worked with ), they are the ones that should be receiving this negative rating. We work with brokers only by contract ( they assign us the loads with all the information, pricing etc. ) and we have never changed/asked for more money other than what the contract was setup initially. Brokers will give you all kind of false information in order to protect their interest ( they charge you a fee to make the connection between us, the transportation company that will actually do the work and yourself, the customer ). Again, our apologies for how your transport was handled by them but this has nothing to do with our company.

    I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to my concern, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me.
    However, can you please edit my complaint to Neptune auto transport I was confused to which company it was that provided terrible service but I have proof of everything I was just confused to what company it was

    I had a vehicle transported from ********** to *******. My vehicle was delivered damaged and I did not take delivery of the truck because of the damaged caused by the transport company. They agreed to fix it and 2 weeks late on sept 21 ********************************** a lot without them fixing it. I had to file an insurance claim with my own insurance to get it solved. They have not given their insurance agency the proper paperwork so they can complete the process. As told by his agent they can not force the insured to give them coverage information. And I should just get it foxed myself.
