    They installed a new call box and left out over half the residents contact information. Rendering all deliverys an answerable. Its left residents and visitors in dangerous situations as well. After several complaints they have barely tried to help. We have been waiting a long time

    Hi,

    We would like to start by saying ********************* is not our client. She did not hired us for any work.

    We were hired by her ********************** to replace the entry phone system and were given a list of names and numbers to program. ************************* phone number was included on the list. We called her After back after she called our office on a Saturday complaining and demanding a change the next day (Sunday) We explained to her number given us by the *** and she needed to contact them or their management company not us.

    She then proceeded to send an email threatening us with placing multiple complains until the issue was resolved. We contacted her again and she did not respond. We informed her ********************** about the situation, and they talked to her. The *** provided us with a new updated number list (which took a few days) with all the correct phone numbers and we updated the system on Friday 4/26/24. 

    We were informed by *************************** she would remove her complaint after the issue was resolved (which has been by now) and expect her to do so since this complaint shouldn't have been made to us since we don't have control over which numbers are programmed into the call box and just follow instructions from her ***.
