If you pick less than 4 stars their system routes you to *******************. If you pick 4 or 5 stars then you get sent here, to BBB. If that isn't some slimy s*** I don't know what is. Anyway, my glasses don't fit.

5 starsI have ordered well over a dozen pair of glasses from Zenni. I have a high prescription and require progressives. Zenni has consistently produced better glasses for me at a fraction of the price than local optometry shops. The one time I had an issue - I ordered sunglasses and they sent me untinted glasses - they let me keep the error pair for free and sent me the sunglasses within a week. In my opinion Zenni cant be beat for the combination of price and quality. It also turns out that although I have tried many frames from them, my favorites, that I order over and over, are one of their cheapest $6.95 frames. I reordered an exact pair of glasses that should have been made with a high index (thin) lens just as the original pair. I received a pair that did not have the high index lens. Additionally the monofilament was not placed/trimmed correctly and the arms of the glasses over adjusted/rounded near the ears which makes them sit very different from my original pair.The customer service team has been unwilling to replace them after several emails. Zenni was a better company when the manufacturing was done in *****.Zenni Optical

5 starsI purchased VR lenses through a Meta voucher and my prescription was wrong in one lens. Meta wouldnt help me, but Zenni contacted me then made it right so I have the correct lenses. 5 starsI recently purchased both prescription glasses and sunglasses, and I couldn't be happier! The prescription lenses are crystal clear and incredibly comfortable for daily wear. The sunglasses offer excellent UV protection and look super stylish. Both pairs fit perfectly and feel durable. Ive gotten so many compliments! Highly recommend for anyone looking for quality eyewear with great vision support.
