    On March 7, 2022 we had my grandmothers burial service and the funeral employee *********************************** who works for Baker Prado Funeral Home in ******* ********** took my grandmothers ring off her finger while she was in the casket because they forgot to take it off after the funeral after they took her back to the mortuary because her funeral and her burial services was on two different dates he called and ask someone at the mortuary was it okay if he took the ring off and the person on the phone said yes he took the ring off but told us we could not take the ring that day because it was contaminated and we will need to come pick it up in a few days well nobody never contacted us within a few days so I contacted the funeral and they had no record of the ring or no log of the ring and could not find the ring the employee ******** never returned my grandmothers ring and that was our familys keepsake we have been getting the run around from ***** one of the owners employees the owner ***** was very rude and did not contact us to discuss her employee not returning my grandmothers ring to her business for 4 months we trusted this mortuary an employee stole from my deceased grandmother. We asked them to pay for my grandmothers ring which we did not want to put a price on something so valuable to our family and the owner keeps playing games they even had a man name *** call our family and fake as there lawyer a month after them not finding the ring this is the worse Mortuary ever the employee was never punished for what he did and the pain he caused our family the owner ***** tried to cover for him and say he is a good guy but how can he be when he steals from deceased people this place needs to be closed down for good
