      Worst company ever - they dont have basics of property management - I want to move back into my own house but they are taking 20 days to issue a notice to the tenant. I am in full compliance with the law but they need 20 days to get it checked by the lawyer. Property manager, and her manager - have a template of answer and no updates. My life is at a complete standstill because of these people. biggest mistake of my life.

      Very very shady company I asked for a refund for my application after hearing about all of the failures to do their job as a property management company. Instead of *****, just refunding my money or denying me a refund, she decides to deny my application stating that I have a past rental collection issue.A rental collection issue definitely did not stop me from getting the rental property that Im currently renting from. I have been here for almost 4 years so that was just a way of her trying to retaliate against me for asking for the refund.Listen to the reviews and I hope that you dont make a mistake. I definitely Dodged one myself. The reviews are there for a reason.

      I have been a licensed real estate agent in ***** for 25 years. Mynd is by far the worst management company in the state of *****. They break almost every tenenant law and their tenant contract is illegal and will never stand up in a court of law.

      Do not rent from this property management company. They refuse to actually manage the property and insist on making everything the tenants responsibility, including the marketability of the property. I had over $1,000 deducted from my security deposit for the marketability of the property. They refuse to provide pictures and proof of damages that I requested 3 weeks ago. Please save yourself the headache and do not conduct business with them. This company is a scam with horrible business practices.

      They approved us. Gave my family of 4 children, my husband and myself and my dog a move in date . We had signed the lease and ended the current lease we were in . Ordered moving truck and packed . Then they tell us itll be months before we are able to move in . They give us another home to sign a lease with . Guess where my family is during Christmas? In a hotel. Spending our savings because we had to move out of our last rental . The best they can tell us is they have no idea when the home will be move in ready . This entire experience with them is terrible. Thanks for the great ***************

      Horrible property management company!! Do not rent from them! They are a property MISmanagement company. Good luck getting any work order done in a timely manner. I just moved into my home 2 months ago and we have had TONS of issues, and it took about 1-2 months to address each one, some as simple as new fuses for the fuse box that keeps popping has taken MONTHS. A swap of my broken garbage disposal took WEEKS (this really should have been a quick turnaround). To get my A/C fixed they had two vendors come several times each before actually fixing the issue (again, took months). Their communication system is atrocious!!! Its difficult to keep track of work orders on their app and their responses are delayed as heck, not sure from the system or sheer laziness. I even bought my rental insurance THROUGH THEIR APP, but the app didnt recognize it, and I got charged for more renters insurance. ***!!! Another story: I sent a question about hurricane clips before ****** hit, and the response didnt come until TWO weeks after ****** had hit us. I really wanted to respond with a sassy comment, Thanks for the timely response, but I didnt. So now, after increasingly frustration with the company, I have decided to warn others to NOT RENT FROM MYND. The property management is the absolute worst I have ever experienced.

      Do NOT rent from MYND, they will keep your deposit they do a terrible job on addressing any issues and at the end of your lease, they will charge you for the issues. My heat did not work on the first day of winter and they did not send anyone out for two weeks, the ** constantly broke and it took just as long to get them to fix the issue, the pool rarely got cleaned, nothing but headaches dealing with MYND!!! Be prepared to be disappointed when dealing with their property management!!!!

      Poor Communication and Inaction on Squatter Issue I hired Mynd Property Management to manage my rental property, but their handling of a recent squatter issue has been extremely disappointing.The property management team discovered squatters at my home on October 25 but failed to inform me until October 30. Since then, I have repeatedly asked for updates, but the property manager consistently avoids providing clear answers. When I confronted him about the lack of communication, he claimed he didnt respond because he had no ********** has now been three weeks, and I still dont have any meaningful information or resolution. The lack of accountability, transparency, and urgency is incredibly frustrating and unacceptable.I expected better from a professional property management company, especially when dealing with such serious issues. I would not recommend their services based on my experience.

      By far the worst decision I have made as far as housing me and my family . I highly advise any future tenants to read through all reviews thoroughly and you will find a common factor in which the company will leave you in debt . I have great rental history , and have always paid all my bills in a timely manner . I will give three examples from my personal experience , in hopes that anyone considering partnering with this company can save money and time as well . 1st example I paid PET RENT (monthly) and a Pet deposit . However Mynd claims they had to pay $200 to clean the home from dog hair. One we cleaned the home, BUT if we are considering the fact I gave a deposit and paid monthly common sense would be they would take the money from the pet deposit not charge me extra . 2nd example my electric bill was near $500 and my house would not cool down . I kept complaining and turned out my attic had no air vents ( I have reports from the inspectors they sent confirming this claim ) . They refused to help me with crediting my account for the inconvenience. 3rd example the house was infested with termites, ants and ********* ants (also verified through 3rd parties they sent ) they chewed through the walls and fell on my head and bit me I kept complaining about this as well . In summary the home was inhabital and to conclude they took all my down payment though we left the house spotless and are charging me extra for supposed "damages " that they refuse to provide evidence of . DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM DO YOUR RESEARCH I WISH I HAD . I left and someone else moved right in but little do they know there are termites infesting the home .

      i have been scammed by then twice they said that they have applied my section 8 voucher and RTA package to a house and then give it too someone else. These companies are mistreating section 8 people's
