      The unit I moved into had several issues. Jebril ****** made sure all my requests were taken care of and genuinely cared about my concerns. He made sure to follow up and update me on the progress. He really made all the difference. Thank you Jebril !

      Working with this company has been a nightmare. They have the worst communication EVER. It is always nothing but excuses, no apologies, and complete negligence from their Property Managers. I have had two so far and they both have sucked. There is always a fee or an invoice for something random with no **** explanation. I have made ZERO money from my investment property due to these impromptu fees/invoices. I have put in multiple complaints now and nothing changes. They just do not care! I have not felt the "deliver best-in-class full service so you can enjoy a stress-free investment, while growing your financial assets and cash flow." promise that is stated on their company website. As soon as the year is up, I am changing property management companies as they do not deserve the business.

      This company is a scam. When I hired Mynd Mangment to management my property I spoke to a real ******** person over the phone. Since then I've only been able to reach Asian-Pacific representatives who claim to be in ********* when they aren't. I pressed a woman who told me she was the maintenance manager on her cross streets and finally she told me she didn't live here. This matters because when my tenants air conditioning went out Mynd Managment had zero sense of urgency. It took forever for them to coordinate something with my home warranty company and when air conditioning company went to the property the first time the tenants didn't answer. I struggled to handle matters myself because I don't have my tenants phone numbers, I depend on Mynd Managment. I messaged the company a countless times explaining we need to be urgent, but no one replied. I believe its because I'm in a different timezone then the people in Asia who are really handling my property, not representatives in the ** who I thought I hired. There's no way they understand the laws in ******.I was in a tough situation trying to help the tenants with Mynd Managment in the middle of it all not doing anything. Now the tenants says they had to stay in a hotel and are asking for a refund, which they are owed, per ****** law. However, I wouldn't be in this position if I was working with a real company, this is fraud. I will fire Mynd Managment and go after them for these unjust practices.

      Mynd Properties has been the best at customer service. Whenever I am in need of a request, they are speedy with helping me fulfill my needs. I couldnt have asked for better customer service and I recommend ********************. *** has been by far the most courteous and caring person I have come across. He was in contact with me on a daily basis and I appreciate him for that. He and the entire staff has made my stay even more exciting. Thank you all for the dedication you provide to me and others. Its definitely worth my stay.

      I heard bad things about mynd but since I've been working with them more so ************************* than anyone I will have to say I don't understand why they had anything negative to say. His customer service and sense of urgency has by amazing! Mynds portal and quick responses are something I've never seen in all the years I've been using property management companies to care for my homes.

      Mynd was recently hired by my landlord to take over property management. I was initially excited to have a formal property management company take over, but I have had a less than satisfactory experience. I've listed a few main points below.1. My new lease had significant changes that were not specifically outlined or noted when asking me to renew my lease. Thankfully I review contracts for a living and noticed the changes before signing. 2. Asking clarifying questions, including for addendums to the agreement has proven to be a chore for the Mynd Management team. It's impossible to get a direct answer or even get a phone call from someone. (I've communicated with at least 3 people muktiple times each and still no resolution.)3. They are continuously refusing to complete a maintenance request on something that is covered in our current lease, but will not be effective in our next lease. 4. My HVAC isn't working properly and they said if maintenance doesn't find anything wrong, that I'm responsible for paying for it. (it's definitely broken, but that still doesn't sit right with me)If I could give zero stars, I would.

      They are amazing, we have worked with ************************* and ********************* very often and we have had nothing but the best assistance from them. We would highly recommend anyone to who is a vendor or renter to work with mynd. Everything is very streamlined and they always strive to improve any areas where they have any short comings.
