Called the company and emailed them several times. I was assured some one would contact me about the issue. I have received no response. My issue has to do with a city code violation on a power wall install. It is supposed to be three feet from the property line, but they knowingly installed about one foot from the property line.

Stellar Solar maintains records of all our customers. ******* has never contracted with Stellar Solar. Filing a complaint without a marketplace relationship is a violation of the BBB's terms of service and consequently we would like this fraudulent complaint dismissed.

So one of my solar panels stopped working.I called Stellar Solar and they said that the parts were covered under warranty, but I would have to pay to have it ******** they asked for $200 to inspect and troubleshoot your microinverter.I agreed to that...They came out and said yep your microinverter is ******** they want to charge me an additional $200.00 to replace the microinverter..There was no mention of a 2nd $200.00 in the initial conversation. This feels like bait and switch. In the initial conversation it was implied that the $200 would take care of all of it.Desired settlement repair as promised or refund.

On 5/27/2022, for a price of $15,840.00, my wife and I signed an agreement with Stellar Solar to install 10 additional solar panels adjacent to the ********************** 2014.On 6/1/2022 a person employed or contracted by Stellar Solar visited our home to take measurements and pictures in conjuction with the installation process. On 6/14/2022 my wife and I approved a design document created and provided by Stellar Solar that showed the new panels to be installed immediately adjacent to the panels installed in 2014. In the General Notes, third bullet down, it is correctly stated that The rafters are 4 X 10 and 72 on center. Attachment 1 On 7/5/2022 the 10 additional panels were installed.Three or so days after the installation I happened to see a drone video taken of the neighboring house that had just been listed for sale. The video clearly showed that there was an approximately five-foot space between the four new panels on the west side of the roof and the panels installed in 2014. Attachment 2 As a result of the five-foot space the four panels come into the shade pattern of the King **** tree on the west side of the house sooner and longer then if the panels had been installed as illustrated in the approved design document. Thus, the production of the four panels will be less than it would have been if the four panels had been installed in accordance with the approved design document.Stellar Solar has not provided any explanation for why the five-foot gap was necessary nor offered any financial compensation for the lost productivity of the four panels.
