    I paid *** ******* DBA ojai valley vacation rentals $16,750.00 for a 30 day stay. $13,000.00 for a months rent, $3,000.00 refundable deposit and $750.00 cleaning fee.

    We had arrived into town a day early asking if we can check in but *** had mentioned to me that the cleaning crew was preparing the unit, however Upon arrival the he house was dirty, I emailed *** right away making her aware that hat their were dirty diapers in the kitchen trash, soiled linen in the closet hamper, feces in the toilet, accumulated hair dust and dirt around the bedding area, dirty bath water that had been there awhile according to the webs and dust surrounding the water. I sent her photos via email to show exactly what I had arrived to. She put on an act as if she was surprised and mentioned she would send the cleaning crew the next morning.

    Upon vacating the home, *** sent over a lady to do a walk through. She confirmed the home was in great condition as I hired maid services to make sure everything was left in a respectful and presentable manner. Again I made a video of the entire home’s condition and sent it to *** to make her aware I had left the unit just as the images had presented, in better shape and in then I had received it upon arrival.

    Over a month past and I emailed *** in regards to it he deposit and she never responded to o my email, again months later I reached out twice and again I was ignored.

    Since then my family and I have been relocated to three different countries due to my finances job making it more of a delay in recovering the funds I am owed.

    And this point I am left with no other way to reach *** aside from text and email and I’ve attempted to readjust out via both methods over the past year and a half and I’ve been ignored so my last resource is reaching out to a lot hire party to try and recover my deposit I hopes of good faith she obeys the rules and returns my security deposit.
