    Turbo ant is the worst company on the planet. They dont stand behind there product they send out faulty equipment and blame the customer they dont allow returns they charge restocking fees when they should give folks back there money horrible customer support the companies is a zero will be out of business shortly Turbo Ant should be shut down

    This is the worst company STAY AWAY they sent me a broken scooter then would not replace it or give me my money back. When they finally said they would fix the scooter which I did not want they tried to charge me 200 dollars to send it back. The company is a complete SHAM dont ever buy from this company you will regret it buyers BEWARE SHAM COMPANY

    I purchased a battery on sale and they refused to ship it and repeatedly tried to upsell me a larger battery or another scooter. I went through 2 batteries in 15 months, the batteries are garbage and if you purchase a sale item, they won't honor the price.

    They sold me a scooter that did not work had a blown front engine and a bad board and are unwilling to send me a new scooter had to put in a formal complaint with CC company and AG office this is a scam company

    Stay far away from TurboAnt. I have been disputing a purchase that never arrived since June. They refuse to remedy the situation, and I'm still stuck with a $600 bill. Buyer beware. They took forever to file a Claim with ***** which was denied. I waited for the notification of arrival, once received I went downstairs and nothing was there. Nothing in the lockers, nothing at my door.Of course I went straight to ***** to see if it was returned to the ** and they didn't have it.They offered a $100 credit towards my next purchase. What makes you think I'm every buying from you again? Absolutely ridiculous. I'm posting this warning to every platform in existence until this is fixed.

    Horrible company and horrible service. The brand new scooter arrived defective with a flat tire. We have to take it to a local bike shop for a new inner tube. The customer service team blamed the tire issue on us for not using the proper Psi pressure. Totally useless. I highly would not recommend buying from this company.

    Terrible. Absolutely terrible. You and anyone else is better off with Walmart branded products. I went with Turboant strictly from reviews and YouTube videos. Spent close to 600$ investment on an E-scooter only for it to fail within 6 months. Will not operate. At all. The company doesn’t know what’s wrong with it. They claim the battery (200$). And I can’t justify spending another 200$!!! I spent the money on it to be a reliable piece of transportation. Worked well for a few months. Then completely quit. Would not recommend this brand to a dead person. I asked for compensation, and they offered 100$ off the 200$ battery. When they don’t even know that that will fix the issue. They should have said “send it in and we will fix it free of charge.” Complete bs.

    It is sad to see I am not the only one who has had these issues. This company has horrible products that don't last 6 months. When you call to remedy this issue, they send you parts for replacement and then expect you to video proof that you replaced the defective part. The customer service rep on the phone yelled at me because I "inconvenienced" them by communicating with two different emails. That gave them "problems" on how to keep track of the issue. The emails I have received are just as bad. Problem still has not been solved. We are stuck with a $500 piece of metal.
    Please don't waste your money on these products. There are better options.

    Their customer service is a complete joke. Ridiculously and hilariously unhelpful. They make you prove that your battery doesn't work by using a voltage tool only to send you a link to buy a new battery. Avoid at all costs.

    Avoid this company.
    Cheap quality scooter and parts.
    Customer service is a joke, rude, blames you, and just outright unhelpful.
