      We, a well as Mrs Mariana down there, are amazingly not happy with Blue Haven Pools. We signed contracts 2/16/2022 and as of today, 11/ 15/2022 we are not finished. Our experience with the Blue Haven has been amazingly subpar as well. No responses to text/ calls. If we do recieve a response it comes days later or weeks. We are hoping our project is finished soon but we are WELL outside of the contractual dates. Looking into the company it seems this is a trend. We have leaking equiptment already that we have been told will just need to order parts to open up and fix. To me, you dont open up the part and "fix" it with order parts. You replace the whole component with a brand new one since we are paying for a brand new system. Not used or "refurbished"... The cement has cracked and chipped within the month or it being set. Chipped away, that will most definitely chip more and easier from shotty work. They plastered the pool and failed to come balance the water the day of or after and instead didnt come back to the pool for 5 days. The plaster has been stained and likely isnt being fixed. I now have a VERY experience broken/ dirty pool. It has been months and months of excuse after excuse with this company and we will be filing a complained with all pictures and proofs of our awful work that was done by Blue Haven Pool and whome they subcontract with. We will see if anything is fixed but judging by the responses and the work being done.... its not likely. Please look elsewher and do not put you and your home at risk with hiring this company.
